I have been trying to cancel my cruise reservation as of 24 hours ago. When talking the agent, Jessie, about the cancellation. She was rude, unprofessional and stated she doesn't have time for me. She asked that I submit my cancellation in an email format which sent while talking to her. She hung up on me since she again stated being very busy. I called the cruise line myself to see if I can cancel, but they told me I have to go back to the agent. The representative confirmed that I can get a refund back by 12/15/18. I, then, called the agency back to talk to Jessie; she then responded to me in a rude manner as always that she doesn't have time. I told her what the cruise line representative said about my refund. Jessie then said she doesn't know if I can get my refund back...but she will see.

This is the last time I will work with this agency with the poor rude unprofessional services rendered to the client. How can they even stay in business. I will report this matter to the Better Business Bureau.

They are absolutely the best travel agency I have ever used. Good communication, good pricing. And I will definitely use them again for my next travel plan.
