I enjoyed working with Paramount Events for my corporate event this past week. I cannot say enough positive things about Paramount! I live out of state and I thought choosing a caterer in the Chicago area would have been a challenge, but Rachel from Paramount was the best to work with from start to finish. Wow, where do I begin. As a planner and the bride, I decided to book Paramount as our wedding caterer and my husband and I couldn't be happier with that decision. Not only was the food amazing (our guests still give us compliments) but the planning and execution for the weekend was absolutely tremendous. Rachel is THE BEST and went above and beyond to think of every detail going into our day (her attention to detail is outstanding!) and I feel so lucky to have had her help through the planning process. The staff was very professional and so attentive to all our guests as well as ourselves so everyone could really enjoy the night to the fullest. We can't thank Paramount enough and highly, highly recommend booking them for your next event!

Paramount Events is amazing! Where do I even begin?!.. This was the first vendor I knew we needed for our wedding day. Rachel's quick responses and incredible proposal won me over instantly. We were hoping to offer a variety of food options throughout the night, and no other caterer could compare. Over the months of planning, Paramount Events was extremely open-minded to new requests (thank you Rachel), continued to outdo themselves with the creatively of the menu, and went above and beyond on the wedding day itself. I am still having guests call me about how delicious our food was!

I had the most incredible evening with Lupe as my server at a wedding on October 26. She made the night so special for every guest, including the bride and groom, and she did an amazing job describing the food and greeting guests so kindly. Lupe works extremely hard, and it paid off making my experience even better than I could've imagined.

5 stars is NOT enough! There are so many things I loved about working with Paramount.
1. Dietary restrictions - they were so accommodating in helping us choose a full menu (appetizers, dinner, and desserts) that would feed a crowd with gluten, dairy, nut allergies, as well as vegetarian/vegan. I can NEVER get desserts anywhere, and Paramount delivered the most scrumptious exotic tart (mango and passion fruit).
2. Speaking of food, EVERYTHING they made for our event was top notch. Our guests complimented the food so many times. The unique presentation, fresh palette pleasers, and explosions of flavor were unmatched. Paramount, you need to open a restaurant.
3. Rachel and her team went above and beyond, including the entire wait staff. They were ready to help us at every moment - I was so blown away by their professionalism and attention to detail. Major kudos!

Lupe was the highlight of the evening. For the Oct 26 Wedding, Lupe was kind, made time for each guest, and personally checked in on each and every one. As someone who met her just once, I wish her the best and know she’s going to go far.
