Pam Peisner - CruiseOne is very quick to respond, has thorough answers, and is ready to assist. She chose the perfect room assignments for our multi-generational family cruise to Alaska. Our room consisted of side-by-side balcony suites across from side-by-side inside rooms so the family could have easy access to one of the balconies. The Deck 6 rooms were in the middle of the two floors we consistently accessed: our dining room on Deck 3 and the Lido Deck 9. This provided a short distance to the elevators for our 85 year-old mother to navigate with ease using her walker. Pam insured we had our luggage tags, room card lanyard, and boarding passes in plenty of time for our trip. She coordinated the cruise for three families from three different states and no detail was overlooked. I would definitely use Pam Peisner to book my next trip.
