Front desk and every staff member I interacted with were friendly but professional. I love that my new doctor, Dr. Angelin Shajan is open to naturopathy since I'm a believer of taking care of certain ailments through naturopathy and not with big pharma, when I can avoid it. I am currently on hold to ask a question about an upcoming appointment. I called while they were open.... Have been on hold for over 1 hour. I can leave a message for a call back but I am not allowed to use my cell at work so a call back is impossible. I am certain they are closed now. I would have expected them to pick up any calls holding before they leave for the day. However I am pretty sure 40 minutes after closing, no one will be picking up my call. I guess I will find a new PCP that actually works with the patients that pay their bills!

This is the most unprofessional dr. Office I have ever been to. I have a summer job that requires me to get a physical. Mind you when I called months ago for them to send out paperwork and to make sure that my physical was uptodate they did not tell me it wasn't up to date and that I needed to make an appointment to get one. Nor did they send any reminder like they should. When I called to complain about this they told me it was my job to know when I am sapouse to get it done not them. I'm sorry but I have always gotten a reminder as to any appointment needing to be booked. Now becuse I do not have a physical being done on time I can not start my job they are very unprofessional and I recommend going to find anyother dr office

They don't seem to care about u. Won't even give u a referral when they don't have answers. My daughter having menopausal symptoms in her 20's and they won't even check to see why. She's swollen and in pain most days and no one seems to care. They just want to prescribe meds that don't even work and shew her away! The pact gastrointestinal team almost killed my daughter when she went just for a colonoscopy and endoscopy. When I went to pick her up she was seizing and they sent her to the er. How is that possible when she went for a routine procedure? Pact dont want to help and don't want to be accountable for their mistakes, but trust my lawyer has my back cuz I want to know what they gave my daughter too much of to have her seizing. I wouldn't send my worst enemy there! That goes
for the west haven, guilford and gastrointestinal office as well!

First time patient arrived at 10:15 the receptionist was rude first of all grabbed my cards and never explained the process. Then still here at 11:28 and after her having an argument with me I'm still waiting for my doctor. I will be contacting Aetna and having them removed from preferred doctors list. Now it just them clearly avoiding me 10 people came after me and already have been seen. When I voiced my concern the receptionist said well you can always cancel your appointment and this was said after waiting for over an hour.

Had initial appt in February. The office has called me twice, day of, to reschedule my actual physical appointment due to the fact that Dr.Eris will not be in the office that day. I also had a medical emergency during this time and have yet to receive a response regarding my hospital visit. Extremely unprofessional and total lack of care shown for patients.

I’m not sure about other Doctors but Dr. Trainor is awesome, took her time to discuss all my concerns and called me personally to review my labs, made sure my referrals were taken care of.
