I can’t say enough about Phil and P&H Travel. He has booked the last several vacations for my family, but this last one to Italy, July 2022, was truly one of the most memorable vacations I’ve ever had.

I wanted to write a post to thank P&H Travel. I have been using them now. Going on 17 years. My first experience with this agency was my wife and I were late coming to meet with Phil to talk about a honeymoon. We got there five minutes before they were closing and Phil stayed with us for at least an hour and a half to two hours After closing to help us plan our honeymoon. Since this time, we have probably booked 2 to 3 vacations per year through this agency using Phil, Melissa and Tracey, all who are equally wonderful to deal with. The one thing I value is finding people that you can trust with your most valuable thing which is your time Away from work and school to take those vacations that you really want. I can’t say enough wonderful things about everyone at P&H Travel. We have also referred probably 15 to 20 friends and family members who have all been equally as satisfied booking their travel through this organization thanks to the whole team for 17 years of wonderful vacations.

We have used P&H Travel several times. Phil is truly dedicated to his business and his team is attentive, knowledgeable, and responsive. Our trips have been absolutely wonderful, but it's good to know they would be there to support us if we ran into a snag on our vacation. We’ve used P&H travel about a dozen time over the last few years. The prices we get are always better than what we see on-line, and we appreciate that all the details are taken care of (airport transfers, suggestions or bookings for excursions, travel insurance).

On two occasions we were really thankful that we used P&H rather than booking ourselves. Last year we cancelled a large trip due to COVID concerns and the process for refunds went smoothly. Some years ago, the airline canceled our flight as we arrived at the airport (due to local weather), and we called P&H and they got us a rental car (when it didn’t seem like any were available), so that we could get a flight out of another airport. That saved our entire trip.

Also, Phil has given us great advice when we were interested in a trip but couldn’t decide where to go.

I can't say enough great things about P&H Travel. Even though we are not "local" they are our go to travel advisor and have booked dozens of trips for us over the years. Everyone at P&H is amazing and responsive. We've never had any issues and have always had amazing service and wonderful trips. We always do buy the insurance and did have to use it one time which couldn't have been easier. I’m not one to write reviews but deemed this necessary to prevent others from a nightmare. Beware you’ve been warned! I’ve booked numerous trips over the past couple of years with Tracy. What started off as small inconveniences on one trip such as no transfers setup to/from the airport to resort which we paid for and was promised a credit for never happened, turned into big inconveniences for the next I couldn’t just overlook. I booked a $7600 trip in July of 2020 and purchased the “cancel for any reason” TripMate insurance per the advisement of Tracy. Due to unforeseen circumstances we needed to cancel the trip and Tracy assured me that I had nothing to worry about. She said file the claim, she emailed me the necessary documents and said it will take a couple months but not to worry I’ll get my money back. Fast forward nearly 3 months later October the claim came back denied was told the insurance wasn’t effective at time of cancellation. LIES! I was so furious. Called Tracy and she said “she’s shocked” but there was nothing she could do and that my best option was to dispute with my creditors which I did. Couple more months go by Jan. 2021 and my Creditors denied dispute based on correspondence from “Unique Global Solutions/ Unique vacations” aka P&H travel. Eager to find out why to my surprise P&H travel sent in a letter claiming I was told the trip was NONREFUNDABLE and that they offered me a trip at a later date MORE LIES! I call Tracy yet again and now she’s acting very aggressive and aggravated with me hurried me of the phone said she’s busy she’d call me back never did! Contacted the Attorney Generals Office and finally received credit towards a trip 17 months later November of 2021!!! UNREAL it took all of this to simply get back what I was rightfully owed.
