We have a change from our tour packages which require some changes to our flight plans. Ovago customer support team had provide the support to investigate the changes and provide the cost variances immediately. The professional and patience during the process is highly regarded as one of the best .

Overall it was a great experience. The only issue was that we paid for seats together, but on the last leg of the flight (11.5 hours), we were separated by 5 rows. If we had not paid for seats, it would not be a big deal, but to pay for them and still get separated was a bit frustrating. They weren't cheap. The service team, Rod most especially, was great to work with and tried very hard to get us taken care of.

Customer service kept in touch through email and by phone until my issue was resolved. Far superior service than trip.com who busted my ass for more than a month and getting my refund. I'd recommend ovago.

Absolutely terrible customer service and immature company. Never book through them - you are in for a scam.

For a simple flight change due to urgent health related circumstances, they kept us on hold for hours and still could not find a solution to rebook our flights. This should be a simple process given this is their core business.

A very special situation, due to a personal emergency i had to disembark after completing all my international check-in formalities at Hyderabad airport. Reached out to Ovago after a week if they can help refund any of the amount I spent on the ticket. They were very quick to respond and asked me to submit supporting evidence I have. In fact, they reached out to me twice before I could gather the evidence and submit. As soon, as I submitted it, they were quick to process the refund within few hours. Will definitely recommend them.
