I took my sweetheart there for the valentines day special,
The food was delicious and plentiful.
The buffet was so beautifuly presented, truly a work of culinary art.

Heritage and Historic bed and breakfast inns are beautiful, unique, and memorable in ways modern hotels never are. Oscar Swan has extensive grounds, wonderful furnishings, and a feeling of hospitality. The proprietor is kind and considerate.
I opted for a less expensive booking without the breakfast, which meant my stay was actually cheaper than staying at a hotel!

The grounds are pleasant, the hostess charming and the rooms spacious. Having stayed in several B&B’s recently my expectations were quite high. It has its own charm and if you are not looking for a luxury B&B you might not mind that the rooms are over crowded with antique furniture and barely cooled due to inadequate but functioning air conditioning. There is not really a comfy common place to relax indoors. We specifically requested two beds. One was wonderfully comfortable and the other unusable. I have travelled a lot and might be a bit spoiled. When I was younger these issues may not have mattered. The place was clean. The food great but you can find more comfort by paying a bit more right on the river.

Enjoyed the warm hospitality of Owner Nina, a true Educator by trade. Enjoyed a plentiful Thanksgiving lunch buffet and a delicious breakfast. Stayed in the Master Suite, which showcases the history of the estate. Highly recommend a stay here.

This bed and breakfast was an amazing place to stay. My family had a wonderful time. We had an amazing breakfast and then we went swimming in the pool (my kids absolutely loved the pool)! The room we had was perfect for our family of 4. I can’t wait to come back and stay! Thank you again for having us and your staff for being so helpful!

If you’re in the Geneva area, you should check out this beautiful location. It is a beautiful venue for a wedding or a getaway for two. My wife and I spent our 15th anniversary there and we loved it. Nina was a great hostess, not only provided a beautiful room, but provided a delicious breakfast. Her and her team are wonderful.

Geneva's hidden gem!!!

We just had our wedding ceremony and reception at Oscar Swan and couldn't be happier with how it went!! We had looked at many other local places and couldn't make them happen financially, and they all came with so many rules and restrictions. We visited Oscar Swan on a friend's recommendation who also got married there, and we knew immediately we wanted to get married there.

We were visiting in the fall and winter, when the grounds were a bit sparse, but you could imagine it being full. Nina, the owner, walked through the property with us and gave us all the information about having our wedding there. We were so surprised by how affordable it was for such a large space!

It was hard for me to totally trust the process after meeting with Nina, but she allowed us to do almost anything we wanted for our day. We had the most amazing buffet meal and the grounds were even more beautiful than Cantigny. We haven't stopped getting comments about how it was the most beautiful wedding our guests had been to.

We wouldn't have changed a thing about our wedding...and so much of that is because of Oscar Swan!! I couldn't recommend it enough if you are looking for the most elegant, laid back, spacious, and accommodating space.

We had a girls weekend at the Holiday Walk and stayed at the Oscar Swan. We enjoyed our stay. It was decorated so beautifully for the holidays. The breakfasts were wonderful. Nina is such a sweet lady! She was very accommodating!
