I came to One Up Adventures, from Wisconsin, to get my wheeled tandem certification. I spent a week with this group, and they were very good at reading your abilities, and giving you valuable input, versus criticism, to perform better and continuously improve with the skills they were relating to myself as the student. The staff was friendly, and easy to work with. Their safety was well versed, and felt safe with instruction and equipment the entire time. I will definer refer other people to train with them. Over all, I was very happy with the course presentation, the instruction, the cleanliness and operation of the equipment, and the personalities of the staff. I look forward to maintaining relations with this group.

10 STARS for sure.!.! One of the greatest experiences I’ve had. They treat you better than family, so glad I chose One Up for paramotor training. They took me from something I was interested in……to flying on my own in a very short amount of time. I guess you can teach an Old Dog new tricks. If they taught me to fly safely, they can teach anyone. If you’ve ever considered Flying Paramotors, Just Do It. Kyle, Aly, Travis, Love ya guys, Thanks for everything and teaching me a life long skill. Can’t wait to come back for more training.!.!

I wanted the best training I could possibly find that allowed for the widest scope of experience, training and learning a new sport. The bill was filled with one up adventures pre-training training and post training has been extremely valuable to my positive start. The classes were block orientated engaging and very personalized they focus on small classes multiple instructors with a wide variety of flying styles to experience and techniques to explore. I'm very proud to put my name on this review as I can truly recommend it to new and existing pilots seeking a new adventure.

An outstanding learning environment custom-tailored to build skills and proficiency.

I wrapped up a trike transition and tandem exemption class a few days ago and was thoroughly impressed. As a pilot with no mentor (or even other pilots until three months ago) at home, I've leaned on multiple schools to progress in the sport over the past few years.

I came to the school with no trike experience and, frankly, slightly nervous because of what I'd seen at fly-ins. We quickly squashed those notions; glider control was glider control, and after one taxi practice, I was in the air with a trike. The next day, I ran patterns and demonstrated control, and then it was tandem time.

Fast-forward: I gave my instructor his tandem passenger briefing, took him up to the skies, and walked him through the flight, the controls, and the area we were flying in. I loved this... I'm passionate about the sport, and my enthusiasm shows.

Over the next day, there were repeated launches and landings, each slightly better than the last. Small feedback bits allowed me to hone landing and launching for passengers.

I came into the class nervous and curious, wondering if this path was viable for me. Less than a week later, I left with confidence in the skills they honed and ordered a tandem trike.

From where I stand, I couldn’t think of any way your skills (as instructors), your manners and your support and delivery of instruction could be improved. You are amazing people, each one of you has your own way of adding value, so that 1+1+1=5. It’s a bit like Crosby, Stills and Nash in concert, total harmony (y’all may be too young too know what I mean 🙂, maybe Travis does. I’m sure John does 🤣)

You have something special going on in that hangar and out in the field; you make your students feel like they can to openly share every single stupid mistake just to receive further correction, which is SO key to this particular sport; one feels safe with you guys.

If I had to bust my brain to come up with suggestions I would say keep doing what you’re doing, the way you’re doing it. And think “sustainability.”

Love the experience, professional, calm and fun environment. The safety concisos and the training blocks are structured in an easy and safe way that any pilot can conquer their dreams. Basic or advance training is the best school I had experience. Definitely recommend One Up Adventures for all your Paramotor training and equipment needs. I give it 6 starts out of 5.

After about 2 years of flying and feeling discouraged while trying to unlearn some bad habits, I did a foot launch refresher with One Up Adventures. In just 3 sessions, my confidence skyrocketed and I started to feel much safer as I practiced the adjustments they recommended to my technique.
During my training, I worked with all three of their experienced instructors. The sessions involved very specific exercises designed based on my needs which we discussed at length before the training began. They initially used select equipment from their Fly Products and BGD lineup to help me isolate the skills I needed to practice, and continued the exercises on my own gear to ensure a successful transition.
Apart from flying, Travis, Aly, and Kyle were professional, organized, and supportive, which allowed me to focus on my learning.

One Up Adventures is your one-stop shop for flight training. I recently completed their advanced trike course and can confidently say they have it covered. Their three highly qualified instructors, with different paramotor backgrounds, will make you feel comfortable no matter your experience level. I should know; I'm a low-hour trike pilot who just wanted more training, someone to observe my progress with takeoff and landing procedures, and how I could do it better and possibly safer. One Up Adventures has an advanced trike course that I honestly didn't have the flying hours to be in. I explained my situation to Aly, Kyle, and Travis, who all welcomed me and explained that they were there for all levels of training. I went, saw, and trained with all three. Other than some communication issues with the headset (the reason for four instead of five stars), I came away with more confidence and some new techniques that I feel will continue to make me a better pilot. My next step is the Trike Tandem Course. Where am I going for that training? One Up Adventures, of course!
