My mom’s pick up/drop off location was in Trumbull by CT-8, but the driver left her, a 76 year old woman, 35 miles away in Waterbury around 9PM by a store, told her to go inside (outside was not safe) and call an Uber (she doesn’t have an app) or a taxi. Currently I’m in Poland but I emailed the agency to make sure she was on the list but never heard back. So it’s not only the driver but also the agency’s owner who doesn’t care about their clients. This is a great business for them, collecting $140 and LEAVING PEOPLE in the DITCHES without taking any responsibilities of their safety.
Please let everyone know how One Travel, LLC mistreats their clients. People please STOP SUPPORTING THIS SCAMMING AGENCY.

Dariusz Laskowski is very unprofessional, rude, disrespectful, his behavior and attitude towards clients is absolutely disgusting and disturbing. His driving was reckless and he acted like a drunk. I'm extremely disappointed and displeased with the service provided, would rate it as zer0⭐'s if I could. SMH.

One Travel is the worst company to use for shuttle to JFK airport! The driver was overworked, saw that I was in a wheelchair as I was injured in Europe and told me very rudely to get the train and meet him at Terminal 7 from terminal 1! I waited for over one hour and a half at terminal 1 calling the driver and Peter Chudz who kept saying to me to " have patience and there was traffic, but the driver would pick me up". All lies.. his driver was at terminal 7 doing nothing to come and pick me up. Finally, he showed up at 11 pm brought me to terminal 7, left me in the van without a word and kept me waiting until 12 am when other passengers arrived. He was mad and he did not explain anything to me. Then he brought the other passengers to New Britain, CT and he started to argue with the other passengers in Polish outside on the street at 2 am! He locked me in the van for 15 minutes and was arguing with someone in the office across the street. he returned, sat in the driver's seat and did not say a word! after 5 minutes waiting, I asked him to please take me home. He refused and said that he had stopped working.. Another 15 minutes later I started crying from pain in my back and he finally took me home. Arrived at JFK at 7pm and came home at 2:45 am! Please do not use this service as they are rude and not communicating with their customers! Olga B.

Has great transportation from JFK back home. The driver was waiting for us when our flight landed. Travel One really helped us out with transportation when another travel agency cancelled on us the day before we were supposed to land at JFK.

I have used their service several times and I can definitely say that you can rely on ONE TRAVEL. It is a bit inconvenient, but the principle: NO ONE LEFT confirms their reliability. In addition, you can arrange many other matters related to travel or shipments personally and obtain a lot of valuable information on the spot. The staff is very kind and helpful.

I had a horrible experience: I needed stuff Translated and notarized. Gave my original marriage license to translate. Took 2 weeks with delay. When trying to get my original copy of my marriage license. He could not locate it. Till this day I did not get it back. He also discriminated against women trying to put me down. This was witnessed by other Polish women. To This I have to add that I was speaking in Polish to him. He asking me if I speak Russian. Shame on you agency. In 30+ years living there in a free country USA, I have never been disrespected like that.

This place is the worst, the driver that brought my parents (elderly couple)-home was very , very, unprofessional, very ,,very rude, mistreated my parents and their belongings, and very, very disrespectful ,the foul language was unacceptable .my parents don’t need to be treated that way at all.

What kind of people you have working at your place. I will , never, never recommend anyone to your agency .I am very , very disappointed
