I really enjoyed the Old Town Trolley Tour of Boston. I took the tour to Stop #7 (Cheers). I got off there and went on a tour of the nearby MA St. House. Afterwards, I visited Cheers, which was a lot of fun, as well. I hopped back on the Tour bus after that. It returned to Stop #1 about an hour later. Both of the drivers that I had (Hummer & Lurch) were entertaining, fun and informative. I also liked the pre-recorded safety messages. The Humphrey Bogart and Richard Nixon versions were really funny.

Boston is a great City anytime of the year, on this day in late Dec it was cold and rainy but that didn’t matter because of our tour guide/driver Uncle Steve, a gentleman that was genuinely caring about people getting on & off and their comfort, he was upbeat enthusiastic and very knowledgeable, as a history buff we truly enjoyed the tour, we got on and off numerous times. Highly recommend other tour companies from around the world come and witness how it done.

I went on the Holiday Lights tour on a snowy, cold Friday evening and it was amazing ! Our tour guides , Juniper & Victor were the highlights of this tour! There were a lot of us so we had several trollys. Our guides made this tour so much fun. They made history fun, which is not an easy thing to do. And our driver kept us safe on that snowy evening. The walk through the park to see the Christmas tree all lit up and stroll up to the state house was my favorite part. Overall a fun time with amazing tour guides.

We booked the trolley tour and got on the first one at 9am, got off at Bacon Hill and ate lunch at Cheers, back on and rode to Prudential Building for The View, back on and rode to Seaport district for the Teaparty Museum, and back on on to the beginning. Being able to get off and on is awesome, but the drivers are the best part with all kinds of stories.

Papa Jim did a fantastic job with this tour! He was incredibly knowledgeable, witty and a safe driver during our tour around the city. There were a few disruptive people talking during the tour and he handled it extremely well and didn’t lose a beat in his narration along the way. Would recommend this tour to anyone wanting to familiarize themselves with Boston's rich history!

We went to Boston during Christmas break. It was an absolutely amazing experience to tour Boston via Old Town trolley. Big thanks to Lisbon. He was energetic throughout the tour, very engaging with all the passengers. Very informative narration. Keeping up the same energy throughout and talking/sharing all the info along the way non-stop is not that easy, which Lisbon did beautifully.

When we started our tour, our tour guide/driver was an old man, didn't catch his name but he was very energetic and friendly too.

we got off at Paul Revere house sp. He told us just follow the tiles (freedom trai, ) and you will get the. It's not that far. Freedom trail takes you to the church where Revere displayed lantern to warn. From there, you would need GPS to find your way to the house as freedom trail disappears and appears back very close to the house. It was good 10 minutes uphill walk from the church. When we got back to the trolly pickup spot, luckily, we got Lisbon as our tour guide.

Note: Monday and tuesdays are renovation days for many locations, so plan accordingly. We went on Monday, and we missed visiting bunker hill monument, USS Constitution. Trinity Church (where Revere displayed lantern)was closed, too.

Neal was absolutely amazing! We learned so much about the history of Boston, plus random tidbit facts that were so interesting! You could tell how much Neal loves his job as a driver/tour guide. Although it was a beautiful day which meant tons of people were out and waiting for the trolley, Neal made sure to contact the Trolley Headquarters to let them know people were waiting to be picked up. I would do this tour again for sure! If you are a history lover or just want to know more about Boston, this tour is a gem. Try the Ghost tour at night too - so fun and spooky!!
