I am so pleased with the care my mom receives at Oak Park Place in Burlington. I moved her there last year from her facility in Illinois to be closer to us after my stepfather passed. And what a great decision it was! I visit her often and she is well kept, staying social and she seems very happy to be there! Thank you to all the staff on the first floor memory care for loving my mom as much as you do!

My folks are so happy with their choice of Oak Park Place. Everything from the facility, to the staff, to the food has been top notch. The evaluation process for us, and the move in process was truly as stress free as a big change like this can be. It’s actually so nice that we were worried it might be out of their range financially. It is actually the most cost effective of all others in the area. I HIGHLY recommend it.

My parents recently moved in. Leading up to the move Debbie ( our chief contact) reached out to us on multiple occasions to keep us updated on the process. She arranged a group call to answer all of the family’s questions. Moving day was super smooth. The entire staff is so caring and helpful. My mom is already referring to OPP as home. Very high praise!

Though my parents did not end up moving from their home, I wanted to say how impressed I was with the staff at Oak Park Place while we were searching for a community for them.

They were SO helpful and welcoming and willing to work with any unique needs we had. I toured approximately 10 different places and Oak Park by far had the most staff engaging with the residents than any of the other places.

A good friend of ours had recommend Oak Park because her mother-in-law was there and she loved it so much. So, even though it was a little out of the area we were considering, it ended up being our top choice.

I especially wanted to note how helpful Debbie was in providing any resources we might need for my parents care, even when it became likely that they wouldn’t be moving. She went out of her way to help on several occasions and we were so grateful for her guidance.

I would highly recommend to anyone looking for an Assisted living or Memory Care facility for themselves or a loved one consider Oak Park Place.

I am overjoyed with the care, respect and comfort the nurses here at OakPark Place memory care gives. They go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable and cared for.
