I used Nuvola Travel Agency to book my wife’s surprise birthday trip to Disneyland with our two boys and Jordan was incredible helping me accomplish this gift. I’ve never been to Disney, so I felt like a deer stuck in headlights, but she understood everything I was trying to accomplish and provided incredible suggestions I didn’t even know were available for our trip. My family and I used Jordan Rausch and Nuvola to help plan our Walt Disney World vacation in July, 2024. Jordan helped with everything from reservations, itineraries, and great WDW tips. I was impressed with the suggested packing list she sent. Having not been to WDW in 20 years, we didn’t understand most of the automation features like Magic Bands and Genie+. But we learned with Jordan’s help. She also suggested a number of things I could take with me to keep cool at the park (a big worry for me). Included in our itinerary (via the Trip Plans App) were park hours, suggested attractions, times for shows and much more. We had a great time and appreciate everything Jordan did to help make the trip smooth and comfortable.

Our travel agent Jordan planned an amazing vacation for us in Cancún. Our itinerary was perfectly planned out with transportation arrangements to and from the airport as well as our excursions.
