If you’re interested in buying a car Sandra is the person to go to.she is patient persistent and professional. She will get you a check quickly like the same day if you qualify. One credit check last you 30 to 60 days. She’s friendly and positive so you’re in good hands. Go see her if you’re interested in purchasing a car.

I have been a member of this credit union in Bridgeport for 30 years. It has changed owners a couple times but the staff has mostly remained the same. And they are all great super helpful and friendly. Like I have my own personal bankers.I love it here. I have a business and personal account, have taken loans out. Pretty much done it all. I also have been a member at a couple different banks and have closed those accounts because they don’t hold a candle to the personal touch and great rates I get at NuMark Credit union.

Financed my used car purchase through NuMark in the south suburbs in 2014, and had a seamless experience paying it off over 5 years. I'm writing a review today because there was an overpayment at the end of my loan, which wrapped up around 2019, and they actively reached out and chased me down 3 addresses later to make sure they returned my money to me instead of handing it over to the state of Illinois due to account inactivity. Not the sort of service I would expect, given that they are losing a customer. Just finished working with Cheryl and my refund check is in the mail. Great customer service the entire time I worked with them! If they had branches near me I would strongly consider their other banking services 🙂

Going to post office and banks are the worst parts about living in Chicago BUT I came here twice and I love this branch. Lauren is very nice and knowledgeable. I hateeee going to the bank but this place always has a smooth process.

I relocated to chicago ago and my credit union partners with this company. So when I got approved for my apartment I made a mistake of combining my 1st months rent and security deposit onto one check instead of splitting it into two. Lauren and the team worked with my bank to void the check and sort the whole ordeal out.

I've been using the credit union for 7+ years. I just found today they are open on Mondays now. For those 7+ years, I've been greeted by the same lovely women, Minerva and Lauren each time. Their customer service is always A+. They treat everyone the same excellent customer service.

Dealing with Sonia and Ashley to get a loan for my new car was the best experience I will ever have dealing with a bank/ Credit Union! These people were the kindest, funniest, most thoughtful and caring helpers and make this company shine hard! They fought for the lowest Interest rates even when I was complacent already and made the process enjoyable even over the phone. If only the car dealers who made a check off of me could learn a thing or two from Sonia and Ashley about customer service.. I work in sales so I know when people have stinky attitudes and this is how I would want every enterprise to handle business in a perfect world. Thank you so much Ashley and Sonia!! After being recommended by two of my friends I have recommended every client/friend/ and family to go to this specific location and work with them. I didn’t get their names but very kind and funny people up front of office as well!
