Very poor service they only give rides to ppl over 60 when for years they gave rides to anybody who needs one old or young disabilities or not and I think the switch was the worst move they could have ever made period and they really need to change it back to the way it was I'm really pissed off about this and I'm gonna take it to the Torrington townhall

Drivers are good but bus company needs improvement. I been on the bus a lot between doctors appointments and shopping there has been a few arguments and swearing from other passengers on the buses.
Way to much drama I believe respect goes far and people should respect each other on the bus.
