Room was dated but VERY clean and comfortable. You're not taking the furniture home so who cares. Simple stay with a very easy check in and check out. Can't beat the price and the Manager, John, was very nice. (He runs the motel with his Dad in the summer and just him in the winter). Nicely located, lots of restaurants within walking distance.

I booked this room through a 3rd party, such as Booking.com. I never received a confirmation email from then. I tried to cancel this reservation, and the booking site did not have a listing for my reservation. I attempted to contact the location with absolutely no success. I was not able to leave a message because (you guessed it) the mailbox was full (imagine that). Needless to say, it looks like I lost over $300 on this deal. In my opinion, the service was horrible all the way around. All I have to say is, "You can enjoy the $300+ you made off of me." Thank you, Northern Peak Motor Inn.

I would not recommend renting a room at this motel because I rented a room last week was only there for two days and the manager comes to me and tells me that the owner is going to be doing a remodel and that I need to find another place to stay come to find out the manager had a friend and that friend’s mother needed a place to stay so he kicked me out to give That person a place to stay. I was asked to leave and that I would get my deposit back and I would get the money remaining from the rental of the room and I have not yet received the money so I went up to the courthouse. I filed a small claims and now The little bit of money that they owe me like $400 is now gonna cost them $5000. The manager is unprofessional, and then when I questioned him about why he was kicking me out, he kept saying that the owner has decided to do remodel, which comes to find out is a lie. He just wanted to give his friend’s mother a place to stay. All I did was get up in the morning go to work come home and pay my rent and I got kicked out because of some friendship I would not recommend staying here and the Wi-Fi sucks just like the manager and every time I call the manager and ask him why I haven’t received my refund yet. All I get is excuses so now it’s gonna cost them more than what they owe me. Karma is gonna give them a real big dish and I hope I’m the one behind the karma

Stayed for a night prior to hiking Mt Washington, we were surprisingly pleased by the ease of check in and the cleanliness of the place and availability of all the basic amenities. The only small issue is that the bathroom’s a bit cold as it’s unheated, but still acceptable.

Room was surprisingly good, given the price paid. But the wifi man..... Something about it is just not working. 2.4ghz only and data would just stop streaming after a few minutes without fail. I know its not just me either because there are a ton of mobile hotspot SSIDs around me as well, meaning people are using their phone's built-in tethering instead of the motel wifi.

Hands down the nicest cleanest, and most friendly motel I have stayed at, and I've traveled and lodged throughout the country. The Manager Jon is top notch and runs this place so smoothly and efficiently. As a Retired Manager myself I believe he is above and beyond. I only had one issue with Satellite not working which was no fault of the motel. Jon straightened out immediately and compensated me more than fairly. Thanks again Jon.

Staff is friendly, rooms are clean, and you can’t beat the price of the rooms. The motel itself is a bit dated but if you’re coming through to stay while hiking it’s a great affordable option!
