Thank you all for such a lovely experience! Staff were so nice and easy to talk with. They made you feel safe and their humor made the experience even better. We had an amazing experience and great fun! We booked parasailing for 3 people. There were 3 more groups of 2/3 people that came with us on the boat. It was our first time parasailing. Everything went very well. The captain is a friendly guy and he’s really good at his job. There was also another guy that helped us with instructions, safety measures, photos, transportation from seashore to boat and some paperwork. I’d definitely recommend parasailing with Northshore Parasail Flight for anyone looking for fun and adventure.

My husband and I went for our anniversary and had a great experience! Everything went smoothly, from booking, to getting checked in and on the boat, to the ride itself. The guys on the boat, Sky and Sean, were so friendly and played fun music. It isn’t in a building, but it isn’t hard to find. Just keep walking towards the beach.

I had the greatest time with Justin(the captain) and Quinn(the boat hand). My family was super happy about their professionalism and "dad jokes" to alleviate the pressure. I am terrified of heights but this isn't at all scary. I highly recommend this company. If you happen to have a cancellation due to "weather issues" its absolutely true. I Understand the frustration. We had to book a parasail in Long Beach and then again in Tahoe. It's sooo worth it. After seeing their job, it's dangerous and difficult and they deserve patience and understanding. There are "zero" safety issues when you choose these guys. I did it with my 9 year old son and it couldn't have been better.

Amazing experience! I booked online the night before for 10 am. We were staying super close so not problem getting there. We arrived 30 min earlier just waited about 10 min for check-in and pay. They will take you together with some other group or families, in a smaller boat to the other boat where you actually do the parasailing then everyone takes turn. They're all friendly, music plays while you wait for your turn, enjoy the view. Captain knows what he is doing they're are a great team. Not super happy with the quality of the pictures. Feel free to leave a tip they all do an incredible job!! I'm glad I didn't listen to the bad reviews. My 12 year old and I had so much fun!!
