Thank you, thank you, thank you to my case manager Alicia Yepez, her supervisor Liliana Paku, and director Charlotte Gonnella. My rich and petty landlord tried to evict me over the past couple of days in a very underhanded manner. They stepped in and worked with me and together to find solutions and be my heroin's. They are a highly creative, well functioning team while unfortunately being underpaid and overworked. They have hearts of gold, way beyond what I expected. Deep gratitude.

My third year bringing my taxes here no problems at all. They are very kind and professionals. They saved me $200 in taking my taxes somewhere else. Waiting time isn't that bad if you come half hour before they open.

Came here with my disabled mother to do her taxes from an AARP volunteer. We waited a couple hours to be seen and the process was easy once we got started. The volunteer knew his stuff and prepared an uncomplicated electronic filing for my mom. Parking is kind of tight and for disabled people it was far to walk around the building. But hey, thanks for helping my mom.

I was broke down close to the building. I asked for help with a phone. They invited me in. Set up a private place to use it. Then offered me snacks and food. These ladies were so complimentary and kind. They were my heroes that Monday.
