We were visiting family in the area and called Scott about a trip to see manatees. He arranged for a kayak trip down the Wakulla for the next day. We spent a weekend at this beautiful house! Perfect location on the cannel for boats and you can see the beach from the enormous windows in the great room! Fully loaded kitchen complete with everything you could possibly need including a wine open. You won’t be disappointed when you stay here 😉

Scott took us on a kayak tour of the Wacissa river which was stunning. Clear cool water, alligators, turtles, tons of birds, rope swing... it was fantastic. Went fishing for trout & redfish the next day via kayak from Wakulla beach. Caught a bunch of trout and redfish. Scott's got great gear & knows where to fish for great results. He's laid back and fun to be with. Saw pods of dolphin feeding, osprey, and other wildlife. Such a beautiful unspoiled part of Florida.

Rented their shell point house over thanksgiving, me and my family had a wonderful time!!! Really enjoyed waking up to a great view of the gulf and just a short walk to pristine white sand beach. The sunset view from the beach is amazing. I took my kayak and was able to launch from dock in backyard and was a short paddle out to catch some spotted sea trout. Inside of house was extremely clean, the pritchards made it really easy check in process and we will definitely book again!!!!

My husband and I rented the Beaty Taff Drive Beach House for 2 weeks in March 2021 and we were NOT disappointed!! The place is great. Brand new, comfortable mattresses in both bedrooms, and beautiful, comfortable and functional new furniture throughout the house. A fully stocked kitchen making meal preparation pleasurable. As you sit and relax in the living room or on the screened in porch, you have a bird’s eye view of the Gulf - so relaxing and peaceful. You can even gaze upon the water as you enjoy your meals from your dining room table. The Shell Point beach is a very short walk and the nightly sunsets are awe inspiring. The entire area is surrounded by preserves and walking paths galore. The owners are attentive but in no way intrusive. I hope to rent here again as it is a bit like being in paradise!

I have been out on the water with Scott before and just got the pleasure of visiting the house down in shell point. Both were amazing experiences and absolutely great times! Scott is a top notch guide and I can’t recommend him enough.

A beautiful and spacious home! The owner is very responsive and accommodating. Simple check in and check out process! Some of the things we loved most was the ability to dock our boat, plenty of space for parking, the jacuzzi tub, the beautiful view from the sofa, and the short walk to the beach! This house has everything you need to enjoy your getaway.
