We have hosted our annual fundraising luncheon at NOOR for the past several years (three in-person events) and they have never disappointed! The staff is always attentive, very thorough and extremely willing to go above and beyond to make our event a success. Their event space is beautiful and well equipped. We even had our event outside on the terrace last year and it was beautiful. I would highly recommend contacting Robert and his staff with any size event you have - big or small.

Noor’s hosted our three day Tax Strategy conference event. Decorating, table setting and serving tables wore simply amazing. The waitress and waiter wore on point with service. The sound, lighting and outdoor patio was great. I would recommend anyone having an five star event this would be the place. The food and drinks wore all 5 star’s selections.
Available parking was near by. I didn’t drive so, can’t confirm if they have valet service.

Stunning place! One of the best venues in Los Angeles. What makes the place extra special are the people who run it. Robert and his team are kind, professional, honest, and accommodating. They will make you feel at home. Everything is impeccable. The decor, the ambiance, the vibe, the cleanliness. The venue is located conveniently in downtown Pasadena near City Hall. The sunset and views from the balcony are spectacular! A wonderful place to host any type of event - intimate or large, catered to all types of people, where you will feel safe, have fun and feel taken care of. I hear NOOR stands for light', 'illumination'. This place will light up your life, for sure! ⭐️❤️

The beautiful Sofia and Ella Ballrooms (pictured) are the perfect venues for large or intimate events: weddings, fundraiser galas, corporate events, holiday parties, christening receptions, birthdays, proms, and more.

Sofia seats up to 320 guests for seated banquets and 600 guests for a cocktail-style reception. Ella seats up to 120 for formal receptions with a dance floor and up to 250 guess for a cocktail-style reception.

The venue is also conveniently located right downtown and around the corner to the City Hall. Perfect! If you want to feel taken care of, in a safe classy environment, this is the place for you! ❤️

We recently hosted the Caltech Graduate Student Formal 2023 organized by the Caltech's Graduate Student Council at NOOR's Ella Ballroom and Outdoor Terrace, and it was AMAZING! The ballroom and specially the outdoor terrace with 360 draping are really beautiful and classy event spaces.

Robert, Aleen, Merissa, and their team was wonderful to work with - they made the whole planning process quite seamless and memorable. We had to revise our event plan quite a few times due to budget revisions and changes to guest count, and they were very accommodating and patient through it, kindly making suggestions that really elevated our event (ex. Strolling Champagne Dress, Liquid Nitrogen Ice-cream). Due to the scale of the event, we were given the Premium A/V Package for free! There were plenty of delicious food and drinks (Taste of the Mediterranean station, a variety of Hors D'Oeuvres, Vegetable Crudité & Cheese station, Specialty Dessert station including Macarons, Parisienne Crêpes, Chocolate Fountain, Gourmet Espresso, and other hot beverages etc.) to go around, with Prestige-level open bar and signature cocktails designed by the organizers! The event management staff, the bartending staff and the servers were great as well - on the day of, all items in the event agenda were executed smoothly and as envisioned, leaving no detail to worry about for us event organizers! They even had the staff wear cute berets to match our 'Night in Paris' theme!

Their post-event service is great as well - we received the photos taken at the event (including LIVE Photobooth we purchased from them) on time, and they hired a professional videographer to capture all of the great moments from the event and edited them into a highlights video as a gift to us! ^_^

I can’t imagine doing my bridal shower any where else. From the beginning, when I first stepped foot in NOOR during my initial site tour, I was shown so much hospitality and care. No other venue was as transparent with every step of the way and even menu pricing, etc. I have felt taken care of and to me, that’s what’s the most important thing when planning a big life event. All of my guests loved the food and ambiance and how central NOOR’s location for my guests coming from different locations in Los Angeles. 10/10 would recommend to anyone looking for an elevated experience for an event for not only your guests, but for yourself as well!
