I have been coming here for the last 5 years. I love this place so much. I have had 14 parties here. The customer service is of the best I have ever experienced. I have a son that has really bad autism and the staff are super accommodating. I come here so much they know me by name. For the first I came here they treated me like family. After 5 year the service has stay the same spectacular!!!! So if you want GREAT service, good food, and a good time this is the place. Just know you’re going to be there all day because your kids are not going to want to leave!!!!!! 😂

I like going to the Fresno location for two reasons: the parking is better and there's a guy running the laser tag that has really cool games. My family started coming to this location just for the guy that has the fun games. The kids also like that there is a trampoline bar this location.

Amazing place. Better than others. Prepare to spend at least $100 +- per kid hehe. Pool and somewhat a bar for adults? Didn't go in there but it's there.

Our experience at No Surrender was phenomenal, and our party hosts were absolutely amazing! They made everything so easy, handling both the setup and cleanup, which allowed us to enjoy a truly hands-off experience.

I do have one recommendation: it would be wonderful to have a private nursing area for moms with small babies. Finding a private space, let alone a comfortable chair to sit on, was quite challenging. While the staff kindly suggested using the party room after our event with the lights off, by the time we finished clearing out the room, it was already time for the next party to begin. A dedicated room for mothers to care for their babies would make the experience even better.

Overall, we had an incredible time, and the kids loved it! Thank you for the great service!

One of the worst play places for kids. Signs everywhere with rules that pretty much limit any fun.Signed up for membership because my daughter did enjoy it for a bit until we discovered Sky Zone which completely blows this place out of the water. I emailed support three months ago to cancel my membership. Never canceled didnt notice until now. Shootout to Rocket Money. Called to cancel membership because obviously the email didn't work. Was told a manager would call me back because they were busy. Manager didn't reach out. Team member did telling me they didn't find my email from three months ago and telling me they can't cancel over the phone. That i would have to email them to cancel. Which clearly didn't work the first time. Extremely disappointed.

My family and I are at No Surrender a few times a week enjoying our memberships! The staff is always friendly and welcoming. Dakota, the GM, is great and I enjoy speaking with him when we come to play. The kids love the rockets, slides, the ball pit, and of course the trampolines. The adventure course is also great! The restrooms are always clean and smell fresh. Often, dinner is pizza and fries from the establishment, which my kids love. Overall, we really enjoy our time at No Surrender and we appreciate the friendly workers who go above and beyond doing their job.

Great place to come with the family, I love the kitchen staff especially. There’s this bigger guy who takes time to make sure we’re good and the little cashier girl with the long braid who’s always smiling and very helpful.
I’ve been coming here for a while, and honestly, my only concern is whether the management team is recognizing and valuing the hard work of their staff. Today when I went with my family, the place was more packed than usual, but I noticed that there were only two guys working inside the kitchen and the wait on food was pretty long. There wasn’t a bar tender and I think one of the managers was there for a little bit. They all seemed pretty overwhelmed, but when the rush died down they seemed to get better. Maybe they need more people in the kitchen? Regardless, I hope they get a raise or at least some kind of bonus.

Surrender! We like this place personally it’s clean. The restrooms are very clean. The pizza is delicious snacks at the food courtyard tasty the chairs are pretty comfy. I’ve never personally actually used the massage chairs. If you asked me I think they’re pretty gross. I wouldn’t sit on those but that’s on you. Customer Service is pretty good employees are pretty nice and helpful. I take my child there when he needs to get his wiggles out, he loves playing although I am pretty confused about the bottom part of the kids play area just cause one of the times my son was crying. He found himself somehow under there and couldn’t get out anyways the place is neat. I don’t really like how I can’t see my child through the rocket ship picture that they have there in the play area I mean, kids run through there so quick so fast I feel like it’s all safe but it just low-key stresses me a little otherwise it’s a pretty fun place to go, I take my son there so he can play I think it’s a good price. It’s something to do on a budget because literally you’re just paying for your child’s entrance and you can just sit and watch them. We have attended birthday parties there and the birthday party rooms are pretty nice. I feel like they’re standard size to all places. I like how they are closed in so you get a bit of privacy where no one can see inside. I definitely recommend this place for play dates. Just bring your child here and let the kid go play with the other kids its pretty neat. There is a whole Nother side to where the arcade area is at. Also, that’s pretty neat and then there is the obstacle course that they have laser tag. I’ll be honest we never even get to go to the laser tag or the obstacle course because by the time my kid is done playing he’s too tired and we’ve been there probably like four hours, so the place is pretty fun!
