Terrible experience. Return flight from cruise port city was booked a day before we were to arrive in port city. Had to travel to different city for new flight. Money, money, money. We had to drive long distance to get another flight and it cost us alot of money to park our car for 8 days. We hired Tammy so we didn’t have worries but that didn’t happen. She also didn’t add the extra money we gave her for our bag so we ended up paying 3 $40 charges for 1 checked bag. We will never use this travel agent again. I found upgrades. Tammy didn’t even look for us. We paid so much extra money that we shouldn’t have had to. Never again.

Tammy is so helpful and accommodating. She is excellent at setting up trips that allows us to leave the guess work and anxiety out of it. If you want to plan a trip and don't know where to start please don't hesitate to stop in and talk to her. There is no pressure from her and she genuinely wants to help people.
