I went to the Bronx Zoo and I had a great time! Bus is clean and comfortable. Movies, zoo themed, were played. Several stops for food and bathroom breaks. Friendly service. Ticket provided let you into most of the exhibits.
Fellow passengers were friendly and behaved.
How the bus driver navigated the streets of the Bronx was beyond me!!
I would recommend you go to the bathroom before you get on the bus since the bus has more of a porta potty than a toilet. If you get migraines, like myself, bring Dramamine because the bus does sway. A travel neck pillow I highly recommend!
I will go on another trip!
Update: October, 2019: I went on the Hobo Turkey train in Merrimack, NH. It was relaxing to let someone else drive while viewing the fall foliage. Arrived on time for the train. Afterwards, we were taken to a farm stand, which was okay, then for ice-cream which was great.
Update: Monday, September, 2020; Went one a cruise to Lake Sunapee. Nice bus ride. You have to wear a face mask until you are seated. Seat is difficult to recline. Nice ride, friendly staff had ice-cream again. Seats recline, with some difficulty. Footrest in front of seat.

My wife and I took their 3 day trip to New York City and we had a fantastic time. Belinda and Jennifer were so knowledgeable and helpful. Can not say enough about our driver Don!! So greatful not having to drive. Already planning to go on another trip. Highly recommend New England Coach.

Meh! Seats are too small. Left at 730am got to Newport Playhouse at 1050 am. Had lunch there at 12pm. Sat till 2pm to see a play which was very entertaining. The play lasted 1 1/2 hors then a dessert meh! And a great floor show. It ended at 530. We were packed like sardines in the restaurant and play for 6 hours. I came down with covid 3 days later. We're rushed through the mansions. Not for me or my husband.
