As an Event Planner, I have had the pleasure of working with New Canaan Valet on numerous occasions, and they never fail to impress. Their customer service is second to none – always attentive, professional, and ready to go the extra mile. Whether it's handling last-minute changes or adapting to unpredictable weather, they always rise to the occasion with ease and grace. A recent example that truly stood out was when Billy, the owner, went to Home Depot on a snowy day to personally buy weather mats for a client. Our friend's used New Canaan Valet at their event and we decided to hire them for our own. Billy exceeded expectations and extremely easy to work with. He handles all of the pre-work, doing his due diligence by reviewing our property and areas around for parking. He notified residents nearby and has relationships with the town, ensuring there are no surprises on the day of the event. His team set up early and was ready for rain, etc. His team is professional, courteous and went above and beyond their responsibility. I found out later on in the night that the caterer ran out of ice and Billy's team happily volunteered to grab us some, without even asking. They stayed for overtime without hesitation and were very accommodating. We will be using them for all our events moving forward and will sing their praises to all our friends.

I just used New Canaan Valet service for a memorial service in Greenwich. From the start the owner, Billy, was professional, organized and and willing to go that extra step to make sure this event was handled perfectly. If you have a private event that calls for attention to detail, complete professionalism, and highest level of work ethics, New Canaan Valet is the company to go with. This was an event that was emotional for the people attending. On top of that it was also a difficult layout to park cars. Even with the unexpected addition of 30 cars to the original 50 estimated to be parked at the event it went off with out one tiny issue. Amazing work and again the highest level of professionalism one can ask for. I can not recommend this company enough. Great job and great employees who worked so hard. Thank you again !!!
