We booked Nevada Party Bus as transportation for our recent wedding and had a good experience. We booked almost 10 months in advance, and they were very flexible with my changing plans and requests (I worked primarily with a Mike). There were a few questions regarding payment and logistics, but they were helpful in assisting. Day of, our driver Brian was great! Hardly had to communicate with him because everything went smoothly.

Our group had an awesome time on “The Winner”. Duke gave out amazing recommendations and didn’t mind taking pictures for us. It was very clean and being able to play music no problem made the ride more fun! Will definitely be using Nevada Party Bus when we come back to Vegas again!

My wife and I reserved a bus from NV
Party Bus but cancelled less than 24 hours later because we found another company (AWG) that was significantly cheaper. But they refused to give our deposit back of $360. I don't mind losing the deposit IF we were told that it would be non-refundable. But we were never informed! The manager was completely unprofessional and would hardly return our messages. Finally got a hold of the owner, Art, and we came to an agreement that he would refund partial amount and credit the rest. But this p.o.s. kept stringing me along saying he issued the credit which never came.
Then he said he sent a check which never came. Mind you, this is now going on for several months as I was trying to be very patient. Finally, Art just ghosted me. Wouldn't return any of my emails.
My next step is to sue him through small claims court.
Do not use this company! They do not deserve your support! He will probably reply to this post with a bunch of excuses. What I posted is 100% fact.

P.S. I see from his other reply post that he has a 7 day cancellation policy. Well, I cancelled weeks in advance!

I was told there was a deposit for the service which I gladly paid. I canceled the trip very late, but rather than call me they ran my credit card for full amount without my approval. I was angry but Art the owner made things right. We worked out a fair solution.

Running a credit card without authorization was a mistake---but when I explained that my issue is that the cancelation fees were not disclosed when the deposit was made and are not on the website the owner handled it correctly.

Overall Art is 5 star, as was the driver, but office staff were 1 star----that said I would be willing to work with Art in the future if I ever need this kind of thing.

Duke has never let our group of ladies down!! We have probably almost 10 years or more of using his services twice a year and we have always had such an amazing time in his party busses. He is always reliable and shows us a great time! Thanks Duke!!!

Had a great experience with Nevada Party Bus. Duke was very helpful and got me exactly what I needed. Their party buses are awesome and was more than what I was expecting. Great price!

I shouldve know we were going to have a bad experience when it took about 15 calls to ever get anyone to answer the phone. The one star is for the driver that actually tried his best to help us out. So i needed a party bus for my niece who was having a quinceanera. unfortunately the company i hire every year didnt have anything available for that date and time so a friend googled this company and passed me the number and info. First i never received an email confirmation which was no big deal once i got someone to answer the phone so i could confirm my reservation was still good. Then 30 minutes before the set time i get a call telling me the bus that i was suppose to get broke down so theyre sending over a smaller bus which at first i was confused since i had never heard of a company downgrading you its always the opposite. But since i only had around 11 teens i didnt want to make a big deal in front of my niece so i said it was fine. Then that thing drove ip to the house. Trying not to freak out at the sight of how tiny the bus actually was i went to see inside. The windows were disgusting. The floor was dirty the thing looked old. Still trying to keep calm and trying to make the best of it we all got in ready to go. 10 minutes in it was so hot like ridiculously hot. My niece asked the driver if he could crank up the ac. He said it was and it would take a couple minutes of driving to cool down. 20 minutes went by and it was getting hotter. We asked if we could turn on the fan he had in the front. 30 minutes in it the kids started to drip with sweat. My niece said she couldnt breath from how hot it was so we had to open the windows. 40 minutes in the kids were complaining so we tried to make them dance around which was a big mistake since we could barely even fit in that thing. Finally my niece asked if we could stop at one of the casinos because they just couldnt take the heat anymore. So after getting out i called the number i had, to complain i was told it was not true that the ac was working perfectly. After the not so helpful phone call i made the only one that apologized to me was the driver. To make my long story come to an end this was the worst experience ever! Now i have been renting atleast 2 party buses a year and this has never happened with the other companies. Last year we got one on june 30 th and i had 16 passengers i paid less money and received a way nicer, bigger bus with nice cold ac. So for them to blame the summer heat is the stupidest excuse ever. Spend your money somewhere else i would never recommend this company to anyone!
