We are SO happy that we discovered these cabins online! They were such a fun place to stay on our trip to Nauvoo. The history of the cabins was interesting and fun!
Check in was super easy. The decor was super cute! We stayed in the Sanders cabin, that had an Americana theme. We appreciated the well-stocked kitchen!
My sister rented the Danielson (although the sign has been changed to Lewis, so I'm not sure if they're changing the name of the cabin 🤷‍♀️). If you don't need a kitchen, this is a great option. It's much more feminine in it's decor- and is super cute!!!
Given the crazy spring weather, we appreciated that they were well insulated and had heat and air!
My only request would be to move the smoke alarm just outside the kitchen- simply opening the preheated oven sets it off lol.
I *highly* recommend staying here if your coming to Nauvoo!!

The best way to experience living in Nauvoo in 1840s while still enjoying all our modern improvements. Impeccably clean. Full kitchen right down to baking supplies. We loved having the dream of any pioneer--hot showers! Be sure to visit their little museum on site with hundreds of relics of that era. WOW.

We LOVE staying at the Nauvoo Log Cabins!!! We were there in June and enjoyed it so much that we came back in September. The owners are a delight to work with. The cabins are rustic with all of the modern conveniences. They are neat and clean and comfortable. And the temple is a 5 minute drive.

Unique 2 bedroom log cabin with comfortable beds and modern interior with a 1800’s era exterior. We were only in historic Nauvoo for 1 night but we felt lucky to find this great lodging.

We have stayed here the last 3 times we’ve visited Nauvoo and it is always perfect. The staff is fabulous, the cabins are very nice, and always super clean. We never stay anywhere else!

We came in late one night and luckily they had a cabin available. We stayed in the Ferrin cabin. It was the perfect size with a king size bed for my husband and I. We liked it so much we stayed 3 nights. Cabin was clean and Amy was really sweet.

We stayed in the Sanders. Perfect size for our family of 4. I called ahead to let them know we'd be getting in late, so they had the cabin ready and unlocked for us. The cabin served as a great home base from which to spend the weekend exploring historic Nauvoo. Set just outside the town center, it was nice to just sit outside on the porch swing and watch the stars late at light. The kitchen and bathroom had everything we needed. Beds were very comfortable. Our stay greatly enhanced our overall vacation experience in Nauvoo, and we will definitely be staying here again the next time we visit the area.
