The location was very convenient for going to the beach. The staff was very friendly & attentive. Upon arrival we were fortunate to be upgraded to a room with 2 queen beds instead of 2 double. The room was very clean & comfortable. I would definitely bring my family back there again. Thank you Nautical for a great stay.

Me and my boyfriend Kyle checked in at the motel and we were greeted by a sweet man on a scooter named Igor. We were led to a beach house located at 3 M Street (2nd floor) and stayed July 3rd-6th. Location is excellent. It has two balconies which is really nice and the view is amazing! It’s at the beginning of the board walk very close to eateries, bars, activities, and shopping, convenience stores, and of course the beach! Thank you so much Igor for checking in with us and making sure our stay was great! You and your staff are great!!

The owners family was overbearing and relentless - they show up multiple times a day to say truly insane things and refuse to leave. Definitely avoid.

Location was great but the room was not as pictured. The room was very small, the bathroom was disgusting and It was clearly not washed properly as curly long hairs were stucked on the wall and could see dirts on the edge of the wall. I wiped the door knobs with a wipe and it came out dirty. The ceiling was full of yellow stains. I felt like crying but didnt complain as I didnt want to ruin our vacation with the kids. I took pictures of the room and planning to ask for refund from credit card company.

I just stayed at the nautical motel in Hampton Beach , ckd in 8/5 to 8/6 , just left today. First I want to say the woman who ckd us . Very nice. Employees are not to blamed its management. We stayed in a room that was filthy. Hair in the bath tub toilet didn't look like it had cleaned. Stain under the rim. They changed rooms very quickly. But room was no better. Stains under the rim. Coffee maker not working. First room we were in had a coffee maker so we tried that one. Coffee weak. While some aspects were fine ie: changing room quickly. Nice womon who ckd us , the rest of it 1 star. The location is good, short walk down to the beech. This motel is broken down, no ice machine either. Missing ice cube trays. Our neighbor gave their's to us. Rooms not clean, Coffee makers not working. My point is that for nearly 200.00 a night is highway robbery for this motel. I just felt I had to leave a review.

Just got back from renting a home from the Nautical properties for a family vacation. I would have to say the staff is great and meet our expectations. And is in a great location. Will definitely be staying again.

Stayed at 12M street the location was perfect, loved the porches, Kitchen and dining area was good and three parking spaces in the back was a plus. The second floor is very spacious. I realize that Hampton Beach consist of old houses we went for nine straight years over 20 years ago. The biggest problem we had was the loft that says it has two bedrooms. In order to get up to the loft it’s a pull down ladder which is down all the time and should be but it’s not the safest thing even for kids so if you are older like a few of us were we weren’t going up there. My son stayed up there and he is 41 and he is not small it was tough going up and down that latter they need to put stairs in. There are two huge fans that would of been great to cool down the loft for those who did sleep there but they don’t work and weren’t promised they would be so don’t count on them. There is a washer and dryer but mid week our dryer did not work so we were given keys to a place diagonal to us so we managed to do a load and they said we could use it for the rest of the week but they rented it out so we couldn’t do any more wash. They ordered a new one but wasn’t coming until August 3rd. On the front porch right at the top of the stairs there is a dip that was extremely dangerous! It would probably take an hour of someone’s time to fix it, but they didn’t and was told it would be fixed the following week. The bedroom downstairs didn’t have an air conditioner so I called and they did replace it but we discovered it was moved to another window on the second floor but wasn’t secure, but didn’t want them to take it out so it was cooler. Igor was great! You can tell he really cares but his hands are tied. Sue did bring the air conditioner and silverware for us so they are attentive. Again if I am paying top dollar I expect things to work so all they need to do is ensure that everything works that as promised in the description of the property!

This is the third time my husband and I stayed at the Nautical Motel for our anniversary. The morning we were supposed to check in, I double checked the reservation I had made 6 months prior, only to learn I booked the room for the wrong night. I called the hotel in a panic to see if they could accommodate us a day early instead. Not only did they accommodate us, but they gave us a newly renovated room and allowed us to check in early! They easily could have charged me an additional night's stay because it was my error, but they were so kind and understanding and willing to help. The location is perfect, rooms are clean and the staff are extremely friendly. We will definitely be back next year
