Had a lovely hike and found bunches of mushroom. Our guide was very knowledgeable about not only mushrooms, but birds and plants as well. It was fun and educational. Highly recommend!

My 9yo son has been picking ALL the mushrooms since we moved to NWA 6 months ago, and trying to get Mommy to try them. So when I saw Natural State Guides had a guided mushroom tour in our own backyard of Bella Vista...I knew my life depended on it ?

And WOW! We had THE BEST time! Myles our tour guide was so knowledgeable of not just mushrooms, but all things plats, birds and the great outdoors of the Natural State of Arkansas!

And my 9yo loved every moment! He can't wait to go back and do it again, as the mushrooms we find will always be changing with the seasons.

Myles is an exceptional guide. We hiked through the lost valley trail and enjoyed learning about the plant and wildlife in the area. He is knowledgeable and personable.

NSG has a shuttle from Fayetteville. There was also a group that met the shuttle in Ponca, AR prior to the hike.

If you're on the fence about guided tours, do it! I feel we got so much more out of our trip and I'm glad Myles was available to make the most of our time.
