Our captain was Richard and he was great. He told us some great stories and I loved his corny jokes. It is dog friendly too! I would definitely check it out. I mean there's not much else to do in Hot Springs.

I would highly recommend duck yours. It was 90 minute ride and our guide was very informative and funny. They start boarding 30 minutes prior to departure and you can get tickets at multiple locations spread out across Central Ave.

The tour starts opposite to Fordyce bath house and ends opposite at the Hot Water Cascade. It’s a 60 minute water ride and 30 minute city tour to Lake Hamilton.

Tickets get sold out quick, so don’t delay.

You might get a deal in the coupon booklet found at Visitor center. It does offer 10% military and senior discount.

It’s safe to ride. Please check weather prior to making reservation.

Our Captain Tommy was super. With our small group, we were all completely entertained and informed. Did he tell corny Hot Springs jokes? You metcha! Did he make sure everyone had a good time? Yes we did! Are you riding in a 1942 military vehicle that floats? Yup! (They built things right back then) Did he take safety seriously? Definitely! Are we recommending riding the Ducks? Quack, quack!

This was a very exciting experience! Our Captain was hilarious but, very informative! He made it fun for all ages! I wish I could remember his name. Our grandchildren had a blast! Not to mention they have other things to do.

The name of this Duck Tour is a mis-nomer… the tour has almost nothing to do with the National Park. There’s almost no history given about the National Park itself, and the duck vehicle doesn’t drive “into” the park… not that there’s much park to drive into.

We drove down the main road through town - Central Ave aka route 7 - did a 20 minute boat ride in Lake Hamilton to look at some big houses, and returned via the route 88 through Hot Springs. The tour guide was entertaining but pointing out the casino, family fun center, a few local restaurants, and Walmart really wasn’t what I had in mind as a National Park Tour.

We did get to learn some of the history of the duck vehicle. Thank you for offering a veterans discount. My kids seemed to enjoy themselves.

Fun little ride, especially for the kids. The tour takes you from the Hot Springs National Park area to Lake Hamilton for a short ride on the lake in the 1940's amphibious vehicle.
