Envié un paquete a Ecuador, me cobraron $15 adicionales porque según ellos excedía el tamaño de la funda. Pagué el valor del envío más el adicional, recalcandoles que pago porque quiero que llegue bien ya que es un regalo, y? En las fotos se evidencia como enviaron "a la maldita sea" y como llegó el paquete por el que me hicieron pagar extra. Si eso no se llama robo, se le ha de parecer.
