I never post reviews, but these people straight up scammed me. Told me 20 minutes for a ride, I wait 45 minutes, still nothing. I call them up and they said they need my debit card info then they can send one. They did not bother telling me that when I first called. Then, after fumbling around with my number trying to get it right, I finally tell them never mind. Then a few minutes later I get a 30 dollar charge. I call them back and asked them why they charged me, he tells me it was too late and he put it in anyways. I ask for a refund, and he tells me he has to charge me to refund my own money. Place is a joke.

Sharing a real time experience.
Yesterday- 9/2- I called Mr. Clinton Taxi Service to schedule a cab to Newark for 12PM for today. We spoke 2xs, I asked if I needed to pay, he said to text him as confirmation. I did. Today, I call at 12:02 because the cab hadn't arrived. He acted confused, and asked, you have a taxi order today? He asked me if I had spoken to the driver, which I had not, no one reached out to me. He asked if had paid. MY GOD. I had not, when I asked about payment, he said to text him as confirmation, he proceeds to tell me if I hadn't paid there was no confirmation. So, here's the issue, lack of communication on his part for not asking for payment yesterday after 2 calls and a text, and for not saying yes a payment was needed when I asked. He said let me call you back. I waited 5 minutes, I called back and he simply says if you did not pay you do not have a cab. Was he even planning on calling me back? We are driving ourselves to the airport. I'm not here to hear about how great this taxi service has been in the past, I'm here to warn you about what happened today. Do better #MrClintonTaxiService today you really failed.

The "dude" wouldn't talk to me on the phone and hung up on me as I was trying to give the address. I do not recommend this company they are very unprofessional and rude. Their service sucks. I would rather walk then call these jack wagons again.
