We called MCL in a pinch for a large property to tackle as we live far away and my mother needs an extra hand. Jessica was prompt to answer our call and Bryan was just as quick to get out to the home to assess. They were transparent about rates and very accommodating to our request. My personal requirement for working with businesses is communication. 10/10!

The job itself was large and they cleaned and cleared exactly what we asked to have the home be fire safe. We look forward to working with them in the future!

I hired Mountain Cleaning Services to help my son and daughter in law with housecleaning. I was very impressed from my first contact with Jessie. Jessie was so helpful, and so kind in my conversation with her on the phone, and genuinely was wanting to help my son and his family. Jessica has made up a story here, we haven't met Jessica for the entire 2022. Wish she could have been as responsive when we were in contract with her as she is on this review. Our current cleaners do much better job, are honest & communicate exceptionally well. Feel free to reach out to us if you need more details.

We used mountain cleaning over six months for our vacation rental and had one of the worst experience with overall communication, attitude and responsiveness. Please check real reviews on Yelp before going ahead with this company.

Specific instances below.
1. No accountability or ownership - they will charge extra for everything including picking the trash they did not clean and the work in scope. Also their pricing keeps increasing every few months and they don't listen and you feel stuck.

2. No responsiveness - It took us more than three months to get the management to talk on the phone, never turned out for meetings on the critical issues, most of the communication was on text and was very disconnected

3. No customer service orientation at all - you feel completely ignored + you have to deal with bad attitude

4. Constant demands on owners fixing everything - again demands are made erratically without full context

We are glad we terminated our contract and are in better hands now. Please think a lot before going ahead and read reviews on Yelp.

I've used this service for a little less than a year now and have been very pleased.
While my place is fairly small, I'm a super busy person and don't have a lot of time to spend cleaning, I mean, I keep a tidy house, but can always use some help.
The crew at Mountain Cleaning Services have been affordable, professional and my floors never looked so good. They've always been friendly and on time.
They were also able to work around my allergies to certain cleaners.
My place smells amazing when they're done!
