I contacted Mountain Adventure Tours and Travels from the Internet without really checking any reviews etc. I must say I got very lucky. Biputhi and Rajeshji were extremely competent with their turn around time to give me a quotation and with their rates. I decided to go ahead with my Darjeeling and Sikkim tour with them. The whole trip was coordinated seemlessly.- information and guidance was given to us on time, any concerns we had were addressed satisfactorily and we felt very looked after. We were not sure whether to go with our planned trip or not as it was raining season in sikkim and other places in our itenerary.It was not only the assurance of safety and smoothness for the trip by MA Tours but delivered way Better than they promised. Ms Bibhuti made a curated trip for us to stay at Kurseong and visit Darjeeling and also do a hike at Chatagpur. Amrit was our driver and extremely professional person. Our tour guide Karma was quite knowledgeable about the local area and culture. I recommend Mountain adventures for Darjeeling trip.

RajeRajesh, Bibuti and Binod were very much reachable and gave good itinerary but drivers are not accomodative. They are not ready to goto any place and misguides us mentioning that the places will be closed. Money comes first and there is nothing called hospitality. You have to really advise them to be friendly with tourists so that we will refer and come back again. Drivers doesn't respond properly and gets angry quickly. Cars are not well maintained which is basic necessity while travelling.
