We enjoyed our 30-minute golf cart history tour of downtown Mount Dora. John was an excellent communicator before and during the tour. We called him 20 minutes before tour start time and he came to pick us up in the public parking lot. He shared interesting facts and anecdotes about Mount Dora as he showed us the high spots and the lesser-known highlights of this beautiful town. Well worth the investment of time and money.

What a wonderful way to learn about and see the gems (some well-hidden!) of Mount Dora without the drudge of walking in the heat and humidity. Would have given this tour a 5 star rating if the tour guide wore a mike or some other audio system. Sitting in the 3 row could not hear driver when he was facing forward or when there was a lot of traffic noise.
Other than that, the tour was very informative and fun.

If your wanting to learn history of Mount Dora while your there.. highly recommend the tour.. very informative on the history of Mount Dora and some of the quirkiness of the town.. really enjoyed it because I didn't have to drive to see all the different architectures of the town.. once again highly recommend the half hour tour.. I hope this was informative ENJOY!!
