I don't usually write negative reviews. I know one poor experience doesn't necessarily represent the whole company and I understand how much tourism companies depend on reviews. However, for this company, I've made an exception. Avoid this company at all costs!

My partner and I booked this company for a private tour to Kotor, Perast and then a winery in Savina. We were disappointed with the tour as a whole. We came away being none the wiser about the history of Montenegro or the places we visited.

Aside from that communicating with the tour guide was incredibly difficult. I've never had difficulty communicating with a tour guide like that. So trying to make conversation was challenging and at times awkward.

The only positive of the day was the winery. The staff who accompanied us were extremely knowledgeable and easy to chat to.

The worst part was when we emailed to give our feedback, we received an insulting and argumentative response from the guide. The whole experience with this company has left a bitter note on our otherwise lovely trip to Montenegro.

Picket the company because they were one of the more expensive ones offering the tour I wanted to take. Thought this would result in the best service - it`s holiday after all. But not only the communication was a desaster I felt left alone. Writing with them: sometimes no answer at all, other times controversal statements. After the tour was done I felt treated in a very bad way by the company. A video DVD was promised before I booked the tour in written form, didn`t get that until this day!! What I got after month of trying to communicate via email was only three videos 7MB filesize, unwatchable and not showing anything relevant (and the guide did film relevant scenes, they were just not handed out to us). The company blamed everything on the guide. This very unprofessional in my opinion, the customer should not have to deal with that. The missing videos are sad but the worst thing for me was the kind of communication.
Edit: You asked me in the response to go the tour guide but in your email from 23.09.2018 you wrote "I have discussed with Radovan and found that from now on you cannot turn even to him" so the only way to adress would be the company I have a contract with - your company. I really feel being left alone here
