The casino itself if huge and I mean huge. You will easily get lost here if you aren’t careful. The rooms are standard size and somewhat comfortable. Seems to be standard hotel room size but after all you don’t go there to sleep now do you?

The dealers at the craps table seem confused half the time. They miss bets a lot so be sure they know your bet. Tables have low energy as well. Most people didn’t seem to be having a good time.

Prices at everything are astronomical. It’s a shame as the casinos used to lose money at food and entertainment because they knew they would more than make up for it with gambling. The thought was keep people happy and they will stay and lose more money. Today everything has to be a profit center so I now have to budget more for food and room then for gaming.

Most staff were slow as well. They seemed friendly enough but I’ll give you a tip. Don’t valet your car. It will take forever to get it and you can’t call ahead.

Bottom line is this could be a much better casino. It has all the infrastructure to be one. They just aren’t there yet

terrible service at hotel front desk. it's a snow day today. I have been waiting for a smoking room for 3 hours already. they still don't know how much longer will be . it's 5pm now and I still waiting in the lobby for my room which I paid in full three hours ago.
