Great customer service! Didn’t have exact part needed but he was willing to do whatever possible to get me back on the road! Turned out didn’t need the part I thought was bad but he got me fixed up quick n said he was going to order that part anyway to keep on stock. Also he was very educational to me! Explaining what to do in a pinch if that part gave me problems again if I was way out somewhere that would take a long time to get a mechanic to me. Definitely recommend!! Thanks for the help!!

I had an issue with my truck's drive axle, and when braking, huge clouds of smoke were coming from under my trailer tires. Even though it was late in the afternoon, Francisco responded promptly. He quickly diagnosed the problem — a plate with multiple cracks — and not only fixed it but also took the time to explain how to maintain the parts and what to check for to ensure safety.

I've never had a better experience with any mechanic. Though I ended up stuck at the truck stop for almost 3 days due to my company failing to ship the necessary parts, Francisco kept in touch with me every day, unlike my dispatchers. His professionalism was unmatched, and he even contacted competitors to find the hard-to-find part.

What truly sets Francisco apart is how much he cares for his clients. After I was back on the road, he followed up with me to ensure the brakes were working well — and they were! I would give more stars if I could! We need more honest and helpful mechanics like this! I had about 5 others tell me I’m on my own. Today I found myself broke down on the side of I-80 for over 8 hours until Fransisco came out of his way to get my truck and 5th wheel on the road again. He went above and beyond what was expected of him thats for sure.
