Really cool!!! The tour guides were great! Walking down the spiral staircase is pretty amazing! The cave is very well lit and you get to see a lot of the geological wonders. Just a warning there’s a lot of steps and some tight spaces.

From start to finish the experience was great! I had my 7 year old twins & 11 year old niece that took this journey on with me. The historic tidbits of info from the guide were awesome. The spiral staircase was sturdy and inspiring at the craftsmanship, yet gave the eery feeling of the ambiance of those that traveled down & never made it back out from decades prior. It does require some physicality with 235 stairs in both directions, small cavern spaces at different points, but it was well worth it in the end. And as most tourist attractions, you do end the tour in a gift shop, but some of the best parts of the shop were all the photos, articles and commemorative facts on the outer walls. I would highly recommend the spiral staircase tour!

That was epic, even with the slight panic attack as we went down and back up. I was nice being in a small group. When they turn out the lights and you hear the water dripping. I would love to go back during winter, when it’s raining you need to prepare to be wet they said.

Me and my boyfriend did the expedition tour and OH MY GOD!! IT WAS SO MUCH FUN!! if your thinking of doing it, do it!! It was challenging, you definitely get a good workout in.
The entire thing you'll be crawling , squeezing and shimming through little passages. Our guide Madison, was SO SWEET AND SO PATIENT with the entire group. I definitely recommend asking for her if you do this. She made sure everyone got through each squeeze safely and she waited for us to get through, to continue onto the next. I was kind of skeptical about doing this at first because I thought I was going to panic ? but I'm so glad I did , it's so safe I promise. But there are some tight squeezes like the meat grinder and the birth canal, scary but fun! I'll definitely do this again.

This was one of the coolest places I've seen. The cavern was absolutely breathtaking. The tour guide, Chris, did an excellent job for the duration of the tour. If you're afraid of heights, this may not be the place for you, although the descending spiral staircase is very stable. The initial descent is through a very small space for an average male to pass through. Other activities they have are a sluice (using water to sift through dirt to find gems) and axe throwing. The gift shop was really nice and the prices seemed fair.

Love this spot! I came once when I was a child, and just got to go back as an adult with a group of my friends. We all had a blast! Highly recommended adventure destination. I advise being in fairly good shape as the staircase is quite the climb.

What an adventure to come here. We didn’t know what to expect when we decided to come for this. Randomly discovered this and it was absolutely fabulous. We had a toddler with us so going 16 floors under the surface level is not something we would usually sign up for but he is a sport so why not! There are tons of stairs so won’t recommend for folks with knee injury. There isn’t any bending or crawling so folks with back issues can manage (speaking from experience with other caves)

We came at a time no other folks were there so we kind of got a nice private little tour and the staff was amazing! They not only took us down and told us about the stalactites and stalagmites but it was amazing to see when the lights turn off how dark it gets.. it was extremely scary for that half a min but also super peaceful to be in this black space one can’t imagine. I had never experienced anything this dark in my life so I quite enjoyed this first! My kiddo was scared for a split second but like I said he is a sport!

I am definitely coming back here for the half day expedition tour someday in the future to get my adrenaline going! This is an amazing amazing experience and highly recommend it.
