Very nice place for delivery, they checked me early.
Docks are not bad , they do have enough space.
You can come here in the night as well , they open around 7 am , overnight parking available.(Restrooms are only available during office hours.)
Staff is also nice
Overall good experience i would say
Lots of negative comments ( might be a different story for loading)
But unloading or delivery, its a good place not to regret :-))

6.5 hours to get loaded
After couple hours they decided to tell me go wash the trailer and then come back wasted three hours back-and-forth over 100 miles. Unbelievable they were searching for mould and there was no more than my trailer from the beginning just unbelievable.

Many negative messages... but when you walk with God and God is with you, everything is easier. I arrived, I registered, they gave me a door 🚪 they started loading me. It's all about the mind and the heart... Be patient, because only those who are patient receive good things.

Polite & friendly employees. Picking up full load with 2 stops, checked in at noon, loaded & gone at 3:30pm with an 8pm appointment. No complaints here but I generally don't get worked up if sitting awhile because most of the time it goes better then expected.

Got there at 1300 for a 1400 appointment. No one in the office but a sign in sheet. I noticed on the sheet other drivers that signed in at 0900 but no checkout times. They were currently at the door still getting loaded. I go and park at the cramped "parking lot" and wait with 3 other trucks. 1.5 hours later and no phone calls I go in the office and ask the rep if I'm checked in. She finishes my paperwork up and tells me she'll call shortly. 20 minutes later I get a door and 30 minutes later around 1600 they're done loading. I was impressed given all the reviews. Everyone was nice and despite the parking there was plenty of room to back to the dock.

Arrived at 1pm for a 10pm appt. Checked in. Asked if I wanted to get unloaded early. I had to do a 10hr so it didn't matter to me. They allowed me to sleep on the street and called at 10pm. Got in the door (backing is a little tight). Unloaded within an hour. Was told if I still wanted to sleep I could park in a fenced area as long as I needed. This was a Saturday night....street racers come at night and race down the street and do donuts and drift in the cul-de-sac. Pretty cool to watch. Restrooms and vending machine inside. Staff was extremely nice.
