I believe it's a nice store, but they sit outside in their parking lot on Sundays (when the store is closed) and blackmail people who park there, asking for money so that they don't call the police to tow your vehicle. They do this when there are events at Normal downtown AND the store is closed - good extra money for the store.

Just did the padi reactivate course and the water skills through Midwest diving specialists.
They were outstanding in explanations, teaching techniques, and ensured the participants will enjoy scuba and be safe! A very positive experience and again making sure safety skills/safe diving is crystal clear to all. Five stars!

Absolutely best people & customer service you'll ever find. This hidden gem of a store has me covered, from mountain tops to ship wrecks 100' down and everything in between that an outdoor enthusiast needs & wants. I love this store!!
