I purchased the three-tour combo on Groupon, then saw the reviews here and got worried. However, my experience turned out to be great!

I called a day in advance to confirm the schedule. Check-in was at 8:30 AM, and the bus to the Everglades departed at 9:00 AM (instead of 9:30 as mentioned on Groupon). We checked in on time, the bus arrived at 8:50, and we left at 9:10.

The Everglades boat tour was enjoyable, and we loved the alligator camp. Sean, one of the staff members, was super friendly, and we even got to pet a baby alligator! We returned to the office around 1 PM.

The city tour started at 2 PM with a guide explaining the sights. We had stops at a restroom/food area by the Miami River, Little Havana for a cigar shop and a short walk, and then Bayside for the boat ride.

The tour was well-organized and ran smoothly, with nearly full buses on both tours. We had a great time and thought it was an excellent deal on Groupon. Not sure why the reviews are so bad—our experience was great! Perfect way to explore Miami in a day.

No punctuality, no response to phone or email.

The journey was cut short due to the late arrival of the bus, the guide and the person in charge of taking the payment.

We had a road trip in 2024 with another company and it had been better, we wanted to try a double-decker bus for the view but it's not worth it.

Very poor customer service and if you are not satisfied you can see another trick.
Very poor customer service and if you are not happy you can go to another tour guide.
He loaded us with a mandatory tip in the morning and at the end of the day they ask for another tip for the driver for driving 🤣
The guide spoke to us in Spanish and he used artificial intelligence to translate into English. The driver forgot two women in Keywest, they ran to catch up with the bus, they caught up with the bus at the intersection lights. Another thing also that is fraudulent limit is that when you arrive on the bus in the morning the benches in the front completely were inaccessible, after the departure on the highway the guide tells us that those who want to have a better view can buy the benches for 29$ After a few minutes he made another $10 offer because no one had accepted for the $29 cash. Eventually he gave way to a sexy Latino woman who flirted with him.

TLDR tips:
The tour will be longer than you expect
They will upsell you on everything (do not buy VIP, book online)
Expect to pay in cash before the tour
Expect to be harassed for tips
BE PUNCTUAL or be left behind
This is NOT an ACCESSIBLE tour option
Your tour depends completely upon your tour guide - no consistency

We booked online last night for just the Miami city tour this morning - it was supposed to be $29 and to pay by card. I'm so glad we booked online because it seems like if you book in person they upsell you like crazy. I saw people with "VIP" stickers - VIP means nothing. At best dishonest and at worst, predatory.

Once you book they tell you that you'll need to pay in person a half hour before your trip, which for us was 8:30. Once we paid, we were on the bus and moving AT 9 am, so make sure you are punctual.

When we arrived to pay 8:30 am, the people at the counter were annoyed that we were there (we must have interrupted their social hour) and told us at their systems were down so we HAD to pay by cash. Ok, sure. It ended up being $65 instead of $58. Keep in mind that every driver and tour guide you have with this company will be aggressively nudging you for tips.

The bus seats are very dirty and the stairs are narrow as heck. I saw this tour was advertised as completely accessible. This is not true. If you are a wheelchair user, do not book this tour.

The ride wasn't very educational (you can learn more by Wikipedia), but it would have cost us more in car rental or Ubers to explore the city ourselves, so it gains one star for that. The tour guide was also pausing his "tour" to yell at every single person who looked to be a tourist that we were on a tour and they should join us.

We were told this tour would be 2.5 hours with an hour lunch break. We were at the office at 8:30 to check in like they requested, and didn't get back to our starting point until 1:30 pm. The only way we could've gotten back earlier would've been to ditch the bus and get an uber or Lyft.

At about 11 am, the driver and tour guide dropped us at a glorified bus station (fake turf, 2 toilets, 2 food trucks, a bar, and cornhole) for over an hour, after promising we'd be gone in a half hour and vaguely threatening us to be on time. We did not leave that bus station until 12:30. I called the main office twice to check where our bus was and if they were even still coming to pick us up. An hour and a half wait is insane especially when you expect a half hour.

We also did not purchase a boat tour (thank god) so we had to wait on the bus as they tried to get more customers and stopped at every bus stop between the Marina and their office on Lincoln. We didn't get off the bus from 12:30-1:30, and were vaguely laughed at when we asked the ETA.

IDK, we had some good points of this tour, but we were not expecting for a FIVE HOUR expedition where they tried to upsell us at every turn, and then treated us like nothing when we didn't pay more or didn't have extra cash to tip since we didn't know we had to pay in cash for the tickets.

We lucked out by booking the 9 am otherwise our entire day would've been wasted by being held hostage by this tour company. We were lucky to have the rest of the day after we were finally dropped off at 1:30.

Zero star and never wanna see it again! We booked the return ticket to Key West online a day ago, which just provided reservation email and asked us to check in and pay at the property. This morning we went to the meeting point, only to see a bunch of people waiting for check-in and payment. There was just two staff there, with one always wandering around and did nothing. The bus there was almost full, and the staff was really slow checking us in. The bus was soon full., after which the staff stopped checking us in and said we could not make it. Moreover, they refused to take any responsibility and did nothing, as they claimed we had not paid. However, it was your company that asked for pay-at-the-till! There was a clear oversale of the tickets, so that it would not only have backup customers if there is some cancellation, but as well make the sales look better. In addition, in the end, the remaining staff was not patient, refusing to communicate with us and staying silent, no matter how we protested and asked for a proper reason. This is our last day in Miami, and we have complete plans for the whole day. Nevertheless, this incident clearly ruined our holiday and our impression about the state. Have reported to the ReportFraud.ftc.gov.

ZERO STARS!!! Absolutely a horrible experience. We supposed to depart at 1:30 pm and we departed at 2:30pm instead. They told us the journey will take 45 minutes, the journey was 2 HOURS!!! The driver did not speak English, instead he used Google translator and the translation was just horrible, we couldn't understand anything.
No AC in the bus and, at some point the driver decided to play his own music from the phone which was so loud and would just scratch your brain.

We got there in the end, however, THERE WERE NO ALLIGATORS!!!

The whole experience was just horrible, we were scammed!!!

We should have realized that this is going to be very bad hence they had a big whole in the office ceiling and the place looked so trashy.

Not to mention that the driver was using his phone the whole time putting all of us in danger

Do not use them.

Worst Experience Ever!

I booked the 3-combo tour (City Tour, Biscayne Bay, and Everglades) with MiamiTours.com, and it turned out to be a complete disaster. Our group of 30+ people was instructed to assemble for the Everglades tour at 2 PM. It's now 3 PM, and there’s still no sign of the bus! To make matters worse, Miami Tours' office is completely unresponsive—they keep disconnecting our calls instead of providing any updates or assistance.

The lack of communication, organization, and professionalism is shocking. Meanwhile, we’ve seen several buses from competitors like BigBus actively running their tours without any issues. I sincerely recommend avoiding MiamiTours.com at all costs and choosing a reliable service like BigBus instead. Save your time, money, and sanity!

DON'T DO IT.
Be aware. Everglades tour is NOT the national park. Neither is it the estimated 1 hour away. More like 2!
If you're still thinking it's a good idea be sure to take the morning trip and not the afternoon.
We booked the 1.30pm tour. Be there for 1pm we were told. Got there to be told the bus will arrive at 2. So an hour wait. Bus actually arrived at gone 2.30pm.
The coach trip was 2 hours! Followed by a very brief 35 minute boat trip around the Everglades.
We were made aware only once there that because we were "late" we now couldn't do the animal show or walk around. So another nearly 2 hour drive back. Tried to talk to the staff but were totally rude and uninterested in what we had to say. Waste of an afternoon and of money.
Go somewhere else!

We purchased tickets on Groupon and the address on the ticket was not the location address. Although we called the company multiple times the day before, no one ever explained this to us. One of the people in our party was reading the reviews and said call to confirm the address. We did and explained we would be late. The person answering said there was a $10 fee if we missed the bus. When we arrived they changed the price to $15. We asked for a manager and no one ever came. The male employee in the picture was extremely rude and told us to just leave. I have an audio recording of a conversion between the employee and myself. I asked the employee if they were willing to fix the mistake because we were given invalid information, she said no I don't know what happened.
The tour guide, Pedro, was amazing! Everyone else was unprofessional and disrespectful. I see why the Big Bus tour has so many busses.
