Very unprofessional I have been calling for days & no answer said would help me find a ticket around price range they were way cheaper when I first called and then havnt heard from her anymore told me she will call me back but didn’t ! tried calling one more time “ Valentina “ goes by Val finally answered and tells me oh they are too high on my end try to find something cheaper mind you the tickets were $600 cheaper a week ago so now I have to spend more money because of the delay. Not the first time this has happened definitely won’t be coming back anymore . If your busy just say that so I can book online weeks before and not last minute waiting on a call back

Dont ever trust this woman who runs this fraudulent business. Her name is Valentina (Vali for short)...The flight was canceled due to covid and we still haven’t received the refund. Lie after lie after lie. Never answers the phone and never keeps promises made. What can i say! We are considering legal actions for this scam artist...dont even think about booking with them. Stay away, Run!
