Thanksgiving day we were scheduled for a return wheelchair ride back to rehab at 7pm but no one showed up, no one called us, I called them and got a return call saying that they had no drivers and could be up to 2 hours late. We waited 1.5 hours and then had to scramble to get my mother back to rehab

Taxi driver of cab193 is rude and ignorant. Tell him he shouldn’t get out his car to confront people it’s not safe.

Worst taxi service. I have to use this service to transport my patients to and from appointments and mattering the day they either show up late or not at all. I've had patients abandoned with no way back to the building. It's scary having to send someone with them hoping that they will have a way home. If I had a way to keep them away from the building I would. The drivers are wonderful most of the time but the dispatchers are either unknowledged and or rude and very hard to understand. They will lie and say they're on way or make up a pick up time just to get you off of the phone. The way the company is run makes absolutely no sense.

The worst company I had ever dealt with. First they were one hour late. I ended up not getting my MRI done today because of them in their incompetence. As I was getting ready to leave the place I had seen 3 metro passed me by. The last one was parked in front and he would not take me home. I can't blame the driver it's all the dispatchers fault everything that went wrong today was all because of the dispatcher. I would never again use their services there are the most terrible people I have ever dealt with.

My mom has to be transported in a wheelchair can/van. We use metro taxi for this.They seem to be the only ones around except My Ride that has a wheelchair vehicle, which isn't good. A little competition is healthy! Usually they are prompt and show up on time for drop off and pick up, but not always. A few weeks ago on a Friday night they never showed to pick her up; no phone call, nothing. I finally called them and was told 'there's no cab in her area'. Well, doesn't making a reservation put a cab in her area at a specified time? Not according to them. Making a reservation means nothing. (All I could think of was that Seinfeld episode!) It would be great if I had more than one company to rely on, cuz this company is not reliable.

AVOID AT ALL COST!!! Made an appt 24 hours in advance for a handicap van/transport. NEVER SHOWED and when I called them they said sorry they can’t find a driver and couldn’t say when they’d be able too. An hour later I called again and they still couldn’t provide an update. Luckily I was able to find another company with a handicap van. AVOID UNLESS YOUR OK WITH NO SHOWS!!

Booked 24 hours in advance, called to make sure and someone in another country answered the line. They don’t have drivers. Thank the universe for Lyft. I’ll stick with them

I called from the New Haven airport and was told by the automated system that my ride had been booked, 40 minutes later a cab with this company's phone number painted on it rolled by outside the terminal building and slowed down a bit while I - the only person in the terminal by then - stood up and grabbed my bags. The cab, still having only slowed down and not stopped, drove away.

That's what I got when I called Metro Taxi from the airport: a driver who drove to the airport and DIDN'T STOP THERE.

(I called again, was told again that my ride was booked, 35 minutes later no one had shown up.)
