Originally when first moving in I was elated to be here. I had heard not great reviews regarding parking and cleanliness, but decided to give it a try to due the great presentation given of the apartment. Very quickly there were many issues. The property management company is the worst company I’ve ever seen or dealt with in my life. There have been multiple managers since moving in; all of whom never seem to be available. When problems are brought to attention, they are never dealt with in a timely manner. My number one issue I have with this complex is the trash in the hallways, dog feces everywhere, and for a place that’s supposed to be 100% smoke free, there’s always cigarette and weed smell from the floors. You cannot break the lease or they charge you thousands of dollars. So I am stuck living in a disgusting area where I cannot even walk my own dog without him coming back with feces on his paws. We have elderly neighbors living below us and I am constantly worried for their wellbeing due to the immense smoke aroma around the buildings.

The parking is atrocious. They pick and choose who they tow; some residents will get a call while others are towed and forced to pay the fees. Visitors park wherever they feel like because nothing is enforced causing paying residents to have to park across the complex. I had no choice but to pay for “priority” parking ($30/month) for peace of mind yet though that hasn’t happened because people still park in my spot and nothing is done when I address the issue with management.

I don’t understand how nothing gets done unless a review is written, I don’t understand how I pay so much in rent for things to be absolutely disgusting. The hallways smell like dog pee, there’s always trash and stains, yet nothing is ever fixed even after numerous calls and complaints. Do yourself the favor and do not rent with ANY of this company complexes. I will be/have been informing everyone I know looking for a place to live to not rent here due to the lack of basic care and hygiene. You will be over paying in rent and throwing your money at people who could care less.

I want to start by saying that I have lived here for over 2 years now. I am very happy and don't plan to move anytime soon. I have found the staff to be helpful and friendly. The grounds are beautifully landscaped and I recommend living here to anyone looking for an apartment. Great location, beautiful gym.

This apartment complex is a pig in lipstick. It looks nice at a glance but when you move in you very quickly begin to see the facade fade. Tenants don’t clean up after themselves or their pets. Tenants and guest don’t respect parking rules. Broken machines in the gym. Management can’t be bothered. 10/10 would not recommend moving here. The apartments are nice but not for the headaches that accompany this high rent price. You definitely don’t get what you paid for.

This is a great place to live. The new property manager Jayla has been a wonderful addition to the community.She is always willing to help out and solve any issues that might arise. Eli is also great and does an amazing job managing all of the maintenance needs.

Beautiful property, love the amenities. Selling our home and looking for a new home, and looks like we've found the perfect one. Staff is warm and welcoming, love the "Bark Park" for my golden doodle! Can't wait to move in!

The Merion staff has been very accommodating and pleasant. Dealing with a personal issue I found the staff to be very supportive. They are professional and kind, a great combination. Most of my contacts have been with Jayla, Anne and Eli, and all have been exceptional.

Where do I start? We moved in around October 2021. From the get go, the entire staff has ALWAYS been so accommodating. Anne, Jayla, Eli (not to mention Joe and John).It's the little things that mean the most. They know you by name. If you need anything it's NEVER an issue. We love our little corner of the world there. Is there noise. Of course there is, they are apartment homes, so you hear someone walking at times or moving something, but nothing that would make you have to tell them to keep it down. (I am mindful, being I walk heavy footed. lol) Neighbors are friendly. The gym is nice and simple if you are looking for just a quick workout. Who doesn't love a pool? When we go, there aren't too many people there. On the holiday's it gets crowded, so we just go when it's quiet.

Look at the previous reviews recently and that will tell you all you need to know. People park wherever they want, people leave trash in the hallways, our packages got stolen (and nothing was done), and rules are not enforced here. Management won’t send communications about issues “because they don’t want everyone to ask them to send emails”. The apartments and facilities are nice, but the inability to get in touch with the leasing office kills the experience and it does not feel like “home”. We often have to call their sister properties to get a response. The maintenance guy is the highlight of the team and is fantastic. Service was great until we moved in. We have lived in complexes with good management and this is not one of them.
