Wonderful customer service! We decided to buy local. We bought our living room furniture and mattress set from them. We had a problem with our recliner, talked to them about the issue. This store is surprising. You walk in and it seems like a great place to buy furniture from, however you will wait months to get the furniture and if you ever have a problem with the furniture they do not care. they wait and wait and wait till the customer is so furious that they threaten to contact places like the bbb and take legal actions. they expect you to call them to check the status instead of keeping you updated. I highly suggest not going to this store. They do not know how to run a business and all they care about is getting the money. They don't care if the customer is satisfied or not. I had bought some furniture from there and waited 2 and a half months before they finally delivered it. then when they left and we finally had a chance to sit on the couch we noticed that the recliner part of it was messed up. we contacted them about it and that was 3 months ago and still no word on when they are going to take it to fix it. This is flexsteel furniture so it has a lifetime warranty on just about everything except the fabric. Very dissatisfied with this business!!!
