I would be cautious with them. They cancelled my tickets without telling me.
There I was at the counter to be told, my ticket was cancelled and this 3rd party never even bothered to inform me.
The rep at the counter was kind enough to accommodate us if I pay and buy the tickets with cash. I rushed to ATM and made luckily made it in time.

And when they refunded for the cancelled tickets, they had the audacity of deducting 10% as cancellation fee.

If you do end up using their service, make sure a couple of days before by calling to check if everything is in place.

Zero stars for this company. Please avoid going to them at any cost. The tickets were very very expensive ($145) for a short 45 minutes trauma. I would avoid even if the trip was free.

Please save money and time and go somewhere else.
