Question as a business owner how would you handle this?

Me personally ? as a person who have worked in the industry over 7 years, would always put the customer who supports the most and never really have a complaint but one time FIRST.

I felt like I wasted 58$ and the reason why is because the pizzas I received were not as expected, it felt like I was gonna break my teeth off on the crust, I asked for fried hard wings with extra wet sauce the wings were not done NOT because of the sauce ( because the sauce was BARELY on there) and then the ranches were mixed with watery like substances.. the salad grilled meat was meat that was sitting in fridge more than 2 days how do I know? Because the tips of the meat were dried out like unsealed meat would look if you sat in fridge ..

I’ve never had a complaint until Monday and thought hey let me just make this awareness to them.

They were closed yesterday so I called today and the “ manager” was like oh I’m busy can you call back.

Called back… “ oh she’s gone I’m the only one here”

Messaged them again..

Was left on read so now I feel like it’s a “ oh well I’m sorry you got what you got type of vibe”

Oh yeah I asked about a refund or a remake of food I got left on read.

Are you really supporting the community or just wanting extra money in your pockets?

Food was unbelievably good. Service was fantastic. This was our first trip here but will not be our last. The bourbon glaze on shrimp was out of this world.

Everything here from the staff to the food to the drinks is incredible!

A laid-back and easy vibe BUT the food is all handmade which is obvious in an area where so much food is frozen and thrown into a pizza oven.

The wings were (incredibly) juicy and tender on the inside but crisp and crunchy on the outside, while still being super light and not feeling heavy and greasy.

Everyone here was so kind and helpful. We'll be returning often for the people, the wings, and the fried mushrooms 😋

I personally enjoy coming to mcguires for dinner or late night for bar hours. Owners are super nice, food is great!

Haven't eaten there, I love the atmosphere, but the owners REALLY need to get pricing for drinks established. I'm overcharged every single time I come in. The bartenders give us a different price for every drink that we buy and it's the same drink everytime. Absolutely ridiculous. I've said something before and nothing gets done. Fix it please!

I enjoy this bar! At night there is usually a good crowd on the weekends after all of the other bars close! They are open until 5 am Friday and Saturday. They even serve food until 4am.

We were looking for a place to get some lunch and watch the eclipse, and we're so glad we found McGuire's. Best fried mushrooms we've ever had. We ate, had a couple of drinks, put a little money in the video games then went to the parking lot, unpacked our lawn chairs, and witnessed a once in a lifetime for us total eclipse. We'll be back, even though we don't live very close, but it's a really nice place, with really nice people.
