Car broke down outside of this station at 2 am. Had my 12yr old son with me and the attendant would NOT let us use the restroom.

So cool to have to pay for gas twice in the same day good thing I had enough on my card or I'd would have been screwed waiting for a mistake on your end to get gas I paid for but couldn'tget because it canceled out when i started pumping. Hire people that know how to push buttons correctly!!!! Then I still gotta wait to get my money back either way for your mistake.

Normally Kum and Go stores are great, but the customer service was really lacking this time. Stopped in early this morning for two items. Cashier was incredibly rude and wouldn’t respond to any customers. He slammed every drawer he could to let us know we were inconveniencing him, and muttered “oh my god” when my debit card didn’t read the first time. The transaction worked the second time and he stared at me, we grabbed our items, said “have a good night” and he walked to the back remaining silent. I get that it’s late at night, but customer service should always come first. I won’t return, at least for quite a while.
