This is strictly in regard to a specific employee, not the management service as a whole. I have held off on writing this review for years, however today was the last straw. Pat is unbelievably rude and curt, in every single interaction I have had with this woman. She is simply mean and condescending. I have given her the benefit of the doubt in the past, thinking maybe she was just having a bad day. Based on other reviews and in speaking with other residents, I am not the only one that has encountered this treatment from her. ML needs to seriously evaluate her level of professionalism with how she interacts with residents (who btw are paying a LOT of money to this company to oversee our community). I do not appreciate being spoken to with such a nasty attitude every single time. The other employees we have worked with have been great, as is the receptionist on the other side of the building. But unfortunately one person can bring down the entire team.

I have been dealing with Marsh Landing Management for many years regarding HOA permits, gate passes, and dues and they have always been great. Thanks to them for making life just a little easier.

Marsh Landing is such a wonderful attribute to have here in Jacksonville, but ESPECIALLY Hope! She's literally the coolest, most passionate, helpful lady I know. They are lucky to have her!

It is amazing how one employee can make one write a bad review and how one, who goes above and beyond his call of duty, can change your entire opinion of a company! unbelievable how sawgrass players club and marsh landing would use such an awful management company. every employee i have ever dealt with has been incredibly unhelpful and disrespectful. i am not one to write a bad review but i would honestly think twice about living in a community (as nice as they are) managed by this company. what a joke.

Called to explain my experience with the flustered rude guard at the gate of Solana Rd and Marsh Landing pkwy yesterday to only be reprimanded by Pat in administration. I see where the unprofessionalism comes from. She said, “Well honey if you don’t know where you’re going it’s not our job!” SMH! That wasn’t even the reason I called but what an I’ll mannered representation for this property!!! My GPS sent me to that gate as I was taking my passengers to the TPC event. He told me it wasn’t through this gate, he was impatient, rude, and walked off when I asked for his name and supervisor! Awful!

I literally never write reviews on google. However, the disrespect received from the staff is unbelievable. Just went in to get new decal on my car, the lady was short and treated me like I am an idiot and wasting her time.
