Marks Travel ruined our honeymoon. The owner herself booked our trip. We asked for a non-stop flight and she booked a flight with a connection. While we were at the airport waiting for our flight we realized that she had booked our hotel reservations for the wrong year and we did not have reservations. We contacted her and she said that she took care of it and that our reservations were corrected, but we got to Jamaica and we did not have any reservations and had to pay for a hotel room that night. Best of all she was aware of all of this and when we returned home we never received a phone call, letter, email or anything apologizing for her error. At the very least when you make a mistake you should apologize!
