Their total disregard for clients and their families is unacceptable. Departure ... 7 hours late. Return flight 2 days late.....all the while 0 communication from the agency...it's affiliates simply lied and lied and lied. I have never felt that I was in the hands of such an incapable organization.

They close at 6.00pm, I called at 5.20pm to check if I could stop by before 6 and buy a visa and they told me that they can't sell me the visa because they close soon. So they should change the hours of operations here on google and that way they can go home early

This charter is not even worth one star. My December 2014 flight from Havana was delayed seven hours, causing me to miss my United connection in Miami, which resulted in an almost $1200 upcharge to rebook! There was no information, no excuse, no apology at the time, and no reply to my correspondence since. If you can avoid using this company by any other means, do so!

Horrible experience!!! I arrived at 2:15pm on a Saturday when they close at 3pm and they told me I had to leave because they close at 2:30pm. I’m like but the signs says 3pm. All employees stopped working to tell me to leave and I told them I wouldn’t.
